Avenue 11 Premium Stays

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family trip. The location was ideal--safe, central, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommend this serviced apartment to any family looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm, friendly atmosphere!

Went for a temple visit to Madurai and rameswaram. Choose this property through a freind recommendation. Stayed in a family suite which had 2 king beds with a small partition. Our child could sleep comfortably and we could sleep int he other bed. The beds were very comfortable . Probably they were Memory foam. Very nice stay

We had visited Madurai in Feb . We had booked a stay directly with Avenue 11. I must say I was impressed right from Booking process till the check out. I was recommended by a friend and I must say say I was not disappointed. It was a lovely new property which had spacious rooms. Will recommend for others too

Very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are new and clean, sometimes mosquitos got in through the bathroom but the room was equipped with anti-mosquito evaporator. Good breakfast with variety of Indian food, and some dishes like omelette could be additionally made. Parking is available under the roof and nearby. The hotel is easy to find and not far from the centre. Definitely worth it's price!

Excellent rooms and very good location with good access to hotels and other facilities. Nice residential locality. Breakfast was not good. I don't recommend eating here..Looks like the cook is north indian and none of the breakfast spreads felt south indian.

I stayed just for a night at Avenue 11 premium stays and everything was wonderful. Room was awesome and food was excellent too. We order dinner from their menu and food came hot and it was tasty as well. Breakfast was included in our package and the variety they serve is awesome and the taste too. Thanks for the lovely stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The staffs were warm and welcoming and took less than 10 mins to check in.The rooms in itself were very spacious and accommodating. It was clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast( buffet) was delicious with plenty of options. The owner of the property was very humble and also help us with darshans of famous temples. He was very kind to my kids. Over all it was a pleasant stay.I highly recommend this property for an amazing stay!

Stayed on 5th April 2025. Room 305 is reasonably spacious, but bathroom is not clean. Didn't provide toothbrush, comb, body moisturizer. Not at all worthy for a payment of Rs 5600. Most of the staff do not have hotel management experience
