Avoid the ridiculously priced restaurants: one curd rice costs 250 rupees ! The hotel is now renamed Citrus Nd under new management . Avoid . This is a racket . Same old wet and dirty toilets commodes without seat covers ! Drive 10 km further for more humble hygienic hotels

Stopped here for lunch. Located on the highway. Clean place with ample parking. Food was good and they make it freshly once the order is placed. Overall good place for a meal.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at The Galaxy resorts and spa I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at The Galaxy Resorts and spa, which was booked through OYO Rooms. Despite traveling 80 kilometers and reaching the establishment at midnight, the staff, specifically a person named Khaja from Kerala (Palakkad), informed us that no rooms were available. Shockingly, it became apparent that he had sold the rooms to someone else secretly. Khaja's behavior was not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude. Instead of assisting us, he instructed us to vacate the premises and suggested applying for a refund. This left our group of eight people, including two young kids aged 1, in an extremely difficult and inconvenient situation. The overall service provided by Khaja and The Galaxy Spa was far from satisfactory, and their actions resulted in a nightmarish experience for us. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at The Galaxy Restaurant due to their irresponsible and disrespectful treatment of customers.

We get in to it for morning tiffen with a doubt during our trip to Pondicherry from Chennai. Since no people came for breakfast except us. But to our surprise, they served the tiffen items quickly. Every items are good and tasty. Restaurant is very neat and clean. Appreciate the staffs for their polite and professional behavior. Totally worth.

We stopped at this place to have a breakfast by 7AM, service was delayed as only 2 staffs available. We have ordered dosas, it was very average taste and items were bit costly. There was plenty of parking space available and the restrooms were clean and neat.

Experience: We stopped to have our breakfast today. Only 2 staff to serve. Delayed service. So need to change our order. Food is also average. Positive review: Parking space available Roadside hotel I won't recommend for this restaurant. Rooms I didn't stay here, so dont know.

Totally disappointed with the services offered and especially the receptionist behaved rude. He was totally rude not responding to the questions and was always having an attitude. No proper shower caps, no proper guidance and They dint even offer a water bottle for an executive suite room. Faking people with false oyo attachments. They its a 3 star hotel but what if you don't have an ambience and also a proper customer support. This is the first time i have been here but i guess this would my last experience too. Be genuine to your customers. Treat them fair.

We had a very bad experience with this hotel reception staff and management. We booked room in OYO and reached at 11pm along with family and children, but the hotel management lied that there was no any booking in my name, Immediately I spoke with OYO Customer care. After several discussions we got waxed and shouted on him and hold him. Then after they allotted room at 2am, all the facilities in the room are very bad condition, they having local make air conditioning systems which takes 1 hour to cool the room and no proper water facility, buckets. On the next day morning management person came and shouted on us and locked the doors and asked to pay double the room tariff. Finally they are saying that they are not interested to allot rooms of OYO bookings. Hotel team have very Mass attitude and worst behaviour. Overall facilities are WORST. These are heart melting and heart pain words to save other Andhra people.
