COASTAL GRAND AKSHAYA - KOTAGIRI

I recently stayed at COASTAL GRAND AKSHAYA - KOTAGIRI and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The food was absolutely delicious! The chef crafted a variety of mouthwatering dishes that showcased the local flavors and fresh ingredients. The ambiance was relaxing and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind and savor each meal. The location was breathtaking! Nestled amidst rolling hills and lush greenery, the resort provided stunning views from every angle. It was a true escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. We had a excellent stay in coastal grand akshaya . We were group of 7 members and we had a awesome experience. The manager was very kind and understood our needs and he was very friendly. The chef food preparation was super . This style of cooking taste was outstanding we totally loved it . Our staffs were also helpful and we had a good experience

Coastal Grand Akshaya is a beautifully maintained spot, perfect for a visit with family and friends. The serene atmosphere and picturesque surroundings make it truly special. The staff were exceptionally sincere, and their warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.

Friends went for a stay. The rooms were amazing. They had dedicated games room. A small lawn. Trampoline for kids. Separate dining area. Best of all their Camp fire with speakers. Enjoyable to the core.

A peaceful and privacy assured, new property for a team outing or bachelors trip. It is surrounded by greeneries. The service people at the restaurants and the manager all were very polite, supportive and helpful. If they ensure proper maintenance this will be one of the best budget friendly destinations

A warm place in the cold hill station (warm by heart from the caretaker and cook and helpers). Special mention to Mr.Anand, Neelagandan and team. Kudos. Tremendous effort from the team to make a stay wonderful and pleasant. Truly remarkable and memorable experience. The location is spot on with breathtaking views. The facility is really well designed and kept. The food is excellent. If you want anything in boneless, contact the property prior to your arrival so that they can make necessary preparations. They serve anything you ask for and at the right time. Service is from 6am to 11pm. Staff always greet you with a smile even for the simplest of things. Very approachable. Very flexible and convenient.

Our recent stay, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and relaxed. The resort's beautiful location, combined with the exceptional service and amenities, made for a truly memorable vacation.

Costal grand akshaya - One of our very very worst stay here except the location and room ambience,no facility we have here . We stayed 3 days rooms didn't clean. No food even breakfast is not provided nor coffee /tea also not provided saying we don't have milk and batter to cook. Is a guest is leaves just like tat or wat , no shops to buy nearby .we went with baby.Very worst experience. They need to improve to get provision.No safety , no security person available. No telephone phone in room to reach reception. Manager or receptionist is not available to get even hot water or tea. Everytime we go and ask in kitchen to give.We went as a family with in laws was very worst experience in regarding to food we had.We r here not just free we also pay for all. Finally we checked with manager saying we don't have enough staff to clean. Without enough facilities why costal is running a resort , without basic feature also not there.
