Hotel Chitra

Visited the restaurant at Hotel Chitra with family. Tasty only vegetarian food, Fast service, Hospitality by all staff, Spacious parking and Economic price are the appreciable factors noticed. While traveling from Trivandrum to Nagercoil, this hotel is located on our left side of the road. Worth visiting.

Worst Dining Experience - Only Focused on Looting Money! I had a terrible experience at Hotel Chitra, Marthandam and would never recommend it to anyone. The only intention of this hotel seems to be looting money from customers. The food quality is extremely poor, yet the prices are shockingly high. It's definitely not worth the cost! The place is not clean at all, and hygiene standards are very low. The food served was stale, cold, and tasteless. Even basic South Indian dishes like dosa and idli were disappointing. The quantity was very low, and the portion sizes were ridiculously small compared to other vegetarian hotels in the area. Service was another disaster. The staff was rude, unresponsive, and took forever to serve food. Despite the high prices, they didn't even provide proper customer service. It truly felt like a loss of money. If you are looking for a good vegetarian restaurant, avoid this place at all costs. There are much better and more affordable options available in Marthandam. Rating: 0/5

Customer service is good. We brought lime juice today for 40/- but given in 150 ml glass. Its not worth Kindly change the cup please

Nice vegetarian restaurant on Marthandam - Nagercoil highway - not visible from National Highway- 50 meter inside but front entrance is on the highway. Single line passage leading to the hotel. About 10 cars/ vans can be parked inside; parking is nicely managed by guards. Food is tasty- the cost is moderately on the higher side. Enjoyable.

Chitra hotel is a great place for families to stay. We have been staying with them for a few years now and have always found the rooms neat and clean, and safe. The staff are courteous and very helpful. They are wheel chair accessible and have a lift and have executive suites as well. A big Thank you to the Management and staff for keeping Chitras a great place to stay and enjoy their yummilicious veg food!

Hotel Chitra is located in Marthandam town on Nagercoil to Trivandrum Highway. Quality of rooms and services are excellent. The vegetarian food served in the restaurant is quite tasty and hygienic. A cool place for family stay.
