Hotel O Grand Residency

This business is a scam. They have setup multiple accounts under different names on Oyo and booking.com sites, Booking online will be of no use as once you reach the location they will say that the hotel you booked with online has no room available and then he will quote 200 rupees more than the online prices. The location is absolutely terrible out in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by swamps filled with trash and mosquitos. The rooms are nothing like shown in the photos. I have reported this to Oyo and booking as well hope they take action

Very bad experience, No proper rooms and facilities scam hotel . They don't have manners to talk and they were very rude they don't have manners to knock the door they just enter and wake u up like hello get up come down manager is calling . Unsafe and unhygienic hotel ever I have visited . Unsafe and they don't have any facilities like electricity and water we have to wait 30 minutes for water in restrooms . Bar experience

This OYO is a Scam. Worst OYO I have ever visited, When I reached, I showed my booking, and I already paid the price on online, but he said you have to pay a little extra, as I had no other choice I had to give him extra amount. There is no room maintenance, all messy and smelly rooms. The bed was also broken. I found lizard near my bed, a silverfish on wall, etc. I had to give the management hints to clean the room, change the bedsheet. This OYO was in a remote location you will not goanna find any ride via Uber, Ola, Rapido, etc. The was no Toilet Jet too. There is a Garbage dump all around the building. You can literally die if you stand at the reception for too long. Just assume the personal hygiene of the manager from the above description. I will never goanna visit this place again and I would not suggest anyone to go here rather you live on the footpath.

The price in online don't match with hotel tariff(they have their own charges) and they don't care about the price in booking platform. The rooms classification in booking.com platform is different than what original rooms classification. Zero cleanliness, no respect to customer.

I booked this residency on 28.07.2023 on MakeMyTrip. When I visited to property, he refused to provide me room saying that there is no room available on the date. I showed my booking details to him but he talked in very rude manner and directed me to go back immediately. OYO is a black spot on hotel tourism industry especially Oyo flagship 805881 grand residency. Never visit to such a cheaters. They are fraud & lumpen.

Location was very far to bus stop and rooms are not same as pictures and the management have bangal guys he show him attitude everyone came here with payed room rent not a free room he need to understand that...

My booking was confirmed but after reaching hotel manager said rooms are not available, only deluxe rooms are available. And he was force me to charge extra for deluxe room. And in deluxe room ac is not working tv is not working geyser is not working shower is not working toilet flush is not working. I want my money back

Worst possible location for a lodge, very hard to get a taxi due to this. They quote higher prices than which is shown in online. Very poorly maintained rooms, no water facilities. For the price that the customers pay this is a huge scam.
