Location of this reaort is good. Resort staff were very nice . Kishore was really very customer focused and made us feel like home . Thank you

This is very bad choice which we opted in Kotagiri.. If I get a option I would have chosen 0 as rating...My humble request is anybody don't opt this stay. You will get regret after going there.. Guys who are managing there are torchering the customers. There is no water for any normal usage.. They are shouting on customers to use the whatever they are providing.. We just requested them for basic needs. But their treatment is horrible... I never experienced such a hospitality and treatment in any place. Please find below my justification points: 1. They have asked X amount initially and have taken advance. But they are making drama to Y amount which is more than what is there in that remote place. 2. They started stopping water for day to day basic needs on refusing to give extra money. 3. Even after giving money they continued to stop water. 3. There is no kitchen which was promised to be given. 4. We had booked for 5 rooms. After reaching at night, they made stories and ended up with giving only two rooms. We were 5 families with 5 kids or else asked us to leave the cottage immediately. 5. Manager staying there was drinking a lot and fight for more money. 6. They did not even give drinking water to kids. 7. They don't have any courtesy. They are very cruel only to get more money. My humble request to everybody that this is not the right choice for anybody. Please reject simply by seeing this review for any stay which you are foreseeing this as one of the option

There is a booking agent/consultant who is sitting somewhere else and has not seen the property at all, promises that the entire cottage is for you, and then there is is the owner of the property who is also not reachable and then there is care taker of the property. All of them are on different pages and do not know what the other has done while accepting the booking. So for the customer it is a nightmare. Although the property is clean and good, our whole experience was ruined because only 2 rooms were given instead of the entire cottage. Price agreed upon was something and when we reach there the owner and care taker were asking something else. They were asking us to move out if we don't agree to the new price. So we ended up paying more. It's very far and remote place to all the tourist attractions. All in all I would say stay away from this accommodation.

I don't recommend this cottage, you will suffer alot if you choose this cottage. I would have rated it 0(Zero) if this option was available. Me and my family recently stayed at this cottage in Kotagiri, and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The lack of hospitality from the management was glaringly evident from the moment we arrived. Firstly, the discrepancy between the booking amount and the actual price upon arrival was alarming. Not only were we charged a different rate, but we were also forced into paying a higher amount on the spot, under the threat of being asked to vacate the premises. Moreover, basic amenities like drinking water were not readily available - the persons were not ready to provide drinking water for kids and water for our basic needs. To add insult to injury, what was initially advertised as a rental with six rooms and a kitchen turned out to be a mere two-room accommodation, forcing us to compromise and adjust uncomfortably. Overall, the experience at this cottage in Kotagiri was nothing short of disappointing. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider before booking their stay here, as the lack of transparency and poor management make it an unsuitable choice for a relaxing getaway.

This place is not recommended for anyone. Worst place to chose for stay. Sharing single star since we don't have zero star option...we stayed there for 3 days by accepting there mental torture. Staff doesn't know what the hospitality means. Agreed amount is X and asked us to pay Y amount after reaching there. They started the amount torture immediately when we just reached the homestay in the midnight. We faced severe water crisis though we used this place just to stay in the night. Can't imagine the situation if we stayed there throughout the days. They didn't want to book for water tanker too. Strategy is to attract customers with less price since it's location is very much interior from Kotagiri and then torture the customer for hiked price throughout the stay.

The place is infested by booking agents. We booked the locale, and the agent convinced us that he was the owner. The owner does not stay here, its taken care by a caretaker. agent caretaker and owner are not in communication at all. We had booked 4 rooms but given only two. I'd suggest you look for a reliable and trustworthy property with a proper owner and book through authentic websites. Avoid such places. You'll lose money time and peace of mind. Not worth it.

Pls dont chose this resort for your stay else you will end up in loosing your money. ~7km from kotagiri to reach the stay. Zero is not there to rate so choosing 1 star. Justification for the rating: 1. No hospitality. 2. Agreed price per night has changed once we have reached the resort else he has asked to move out 3. Kitchen not accessible 4. We used this stay only in the night to sleep still resort people are irritating in their actions. They were blocking the waters for bath rooms and much more. 5. On the curtesy sake, resort owner has not even asked for the drinking water 6. Usually during check out all due amount need to be cleared apart from booking amount but here he was asking the payment on daily basis (once day has started, in the early morning)
