Valluvar Residency

Yesterday, I stayed at Valluvar Residency with my wife and daughter, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The place is incredibly safe, which was our top priority. The security measures in place gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any of our needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities provided were also top-notch, contributing to a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, Valluvar Residency provided a wonderful, safe, and comfortable experience for my family. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a secure and pleasant stay.

NEVER recommended this hotel especially for a family. The receptionist named ILANGOVAN was so rude and arrogant. I booked it in their website by paying advance amount. He refused to accept my advance booking and said that it was not done in a legitimate website , which comes from Google search based room booking... I showed him how i booked it. No use of it. But then i told him that i was fine to pay and book it again on the spot and asked him to report it to his owner about it. As a customer, we are not just the ones who loose our money but also the owner is getting cheated by such illegitimate websites. Receptionist was not matured enough to understand the consequences of presence of such illegal website and collecting advance booking money from customers. He said he has nothing to do with such wrong bookings and it is just we who should be worried about loosing our money. Wondered with his pathetic response, i proceeded with room booking process. During booking, He started ill-treating myself and my wife by asking multiple ID Proofs as if we are not legitimate couple. I gave him driving license of both myself and my wife which has our photo, complete name and address. DL has been accepted as ID Proof everywhere. This guy further started asking Aadhar.. when I asked why DL is not accepted, he was rudely telling that he won't give room and asked us to leave. Lost money, respect and mental peace in going to this hotel. Receptionist should know how to treat the customers with respect and dignity. They should NOT illtreat and dishonor the customers. Please note, NOT all the customers are illegitimate couples.

Rooms are very neat and clean.. huge parking area .. room service also good.. bathroom neat and clean.. room cost average... very peaceful place.. I highly recommend this residency
