had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. A special thanks to Karthi at the front desk for providing exceptional service--he was friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay. He ensured that all my needs were taken care of with a smile. I truly appreciate his professionalism and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Mr. Karthik service is very good. friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean facilities, and convenient location.The staffs were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I had a disappointing experience at this property. While I had booked online with a check-in time of 2 PM, we arrived a little early and checked if a room could be arranged since we had elderly parents with us. Initially, they mentioned it would be difficult, but later confirmed that they could accommodate us. However, the room provided was not properly cleaned--bed linens were not changed, and the washroom was not cleaned either. Additionally, there was no assistance offered for carrying luggage, even though we had to climb stairs. This lack of basic hospitality continued at checkout as well. Given this experience, I would not recommend or prefer this place again.

While coming from kanyakumari to Bangalore we halted at night with family. Staff of hotel were courteous and helpful. However the rooms are not so good. The head shower was rusted. The main door's lock was broken.

Service was very good. Rooms were good and location was very easily accessible. Would recommend for stay. Food was decent. Service by karthik sir was good.
