PLA Ram Residency

Not a really good Hotel to stay with. Lot of issues with the Lift and lot of issues with the AC in room. We change two rooms to get the effect of good AC and even that got tripped in the midnight.|When I went to complain it to the Manager, there was already two persons from nearby room complaining on the AC.|Also the Hotel lacks cleanliness and no proper Room Service.|The Restaurant is below average with no Movement inside

No hot water upto 7 am. Bed spreads were dirt patched Little cockroaches noticed. Not a happy trip for us. Not even provided drinking water.

The room was the worst I have ever stayed in; it was unclean, and the blanket, bedcover, and pillowcase were dirty.

Disappointing experience. The overall maintenance is subpar, with small cockroaches visible inside the room and an abundance of mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable due to constant mosquito bites. The inconvenience reached its peak when the hot water tap in the bathroom only dispensed cold water. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the centralized heater was malfunctioning, and the solution offered was a bucket of hot water for showering. This unexpected setback is quite frustrating and has significantly impacted my stay.

Decent hotel to stay with family. Good food.

No good service ,phone not working,I paid 2300/- waste of money

Rooms are not clean and the washrooms are also not hygienic. Hotel staff doesn't care about the service and forget about the hot water, and other common things. You have to carry everything from toiletries to bedsheets, if you are going to stay in this hotel.
