OYO 30493 Plaamirth Inn

I was very happy about the Reception. Booking was already made hence no hassle in checking in. Rooms were clean. Good housekeeping. Satisfactory.The ambience is good. It is closer to the railway station. In fact,PLA Residency people recommended this Hotel ,it is their Hotel only,for corporates they recommend this,while PLA residency tariff s are slightly lesser than this,its a Budget friendly hotel.

Stayed 1 night for a marriage. Rooms are large and spacious. Cleanliness in the bathroom can be improved. Did not have breakfast in the hotel so I cannot comment on it. Parking is a challenge here as you need to park on the main road and there is limited parking. Asked them to put an extra bed in the room and it was not done till the night and had to remind them again.

Poor customer service. I had to call reception 20 times to turn on the hot water in the morning. 24 hrs room service is a lie. They told me that the room boy has left for the day and did not provide me an extra pillow when I asked for one at around 9PM. While checking out the printer was not working due to power outage. I had to wait for 20 min. Eventually I left without the bill. The basement parking is barely enough to park one small car. The parking is also shared by a nearby two wheeler showroom. Overall I give a slightly higher rating than one .

Stayed in PLA Amrith inn hotel on 23 Feb 2017. We actually booked 3 rooms. Rooms were spacious and good. Sufficient for 3 people in a room. I will suggest this hotel for family. Only thing which needs improvement is breakfast buffet. They have to improve a lot.

Worst experience. I had booked 10 rooms for 30 guests to stay for marriage. During booking we had requested for extra bed in all rooms. But in the middle of the night extras beds were not provided. We had to argue for couple of hours and in the end we were told beds are not available and guests ended up sleeping on the floor for the night. The receptionist complained each other.None tried to fix the problem. They did not ever offer extra room for time being. After this pathetic service, I'd not recommend this place for anyone. I'd give zero stars if it was possible.

Best ever accommodation arranged for us. The rooms were clean and tidy, a spacious Washroom, life sized dressing mirror, effective response from the reception staff. Overall a good stay. Would love to stay here on my next visit to Karur, and recommend the same to my friends.

Stayed here for a day to attend a friend's marriage.. Interiors are very good and lots of places in lobby to roam about if u r tired staying in the room itself.. wifi is good n they even provide complimentary breakfast to their guests.. Rooms are clean n new. Has elevators to move up the three floors.. bathroom fixtures are a bit disappointing as the taps were leaky.. car parking is little tough as the place is confined.. Other than that it is a gem of a hotel in karur

Rooms are OK but hot water is through solar heaters. On rainy days, you don't get hot water. Flush toilets don't work well. In house restaurant is substandard. Coffee is below par. But otherwise clean. AC works well.
