Very worst behaviour by the receptionist. No hot water on the room and no one will pickup the call for service. Very cheap behaviour by the receptionist. Not safe for family. At night they will lock the shutter. It makes the woman to afraid. My suggestion is "not recommending for family stay and for female"

The rooms was were stinky and bathrooms commode was broken completely. Except it's in the central location there is nothing else. If you are planning to book it stay here, please don't !! Not even worth 1 star!!

Rooms are big. That's all. Very poor maintenance. Main doors didn't lock, bathroom door handle came off with hand. No hot water. Telephone doesn't work. Complaints don't get addressed. Also they are giving used water bottles filled with RO water as complimentary water bottles. Will never go back

It's deserves a 0 star .. only the location is an advantage.poor amenities . No service at all. Flush doesn't work at all. They didn't provide waterbottles.. they charged for waterbottles too . Worst experience overall . They are too harsh to approach too. 3star hotel ??

No proper water facility in toilet and bathroom. Many reminders required for getting an single room service. POS machine was not working properly for making online rent payment and they simply ignoring online payment for want of direct cash payment. I stayed just 2 days. As the check out was delayed by 1 hour, they made payment for 3 days even though they had informed well in advance. Initially they asked me to pay 3 days rent of Rs 4500/-. I gave my card for online payment but they told me to go to nearest ATM and make payment in cash. Finally i have paid my room payment by cash. Worst service in kvr hotel management

Overall Hotel is Good. I want to tell what are the improvement to be made in the following points 1. Price is little high (Both lodging and hotel) 2. In Rooms hot water not coming 3. Lights not working properly 4. Cloth Hangars are not available in some rooms 5. TV is not working properly in some rooms. 6. Mosquito problem is the worst part. 7. For duplex room fan is not in the appropriate size (In that case AC to be switched ON) 8. Non Veg Food is Good. But Veg food should be improved. 9. Intercom calls to reception to be attended properly. 10. Lots of sweating in the room

Rooms are stinky, it's like we are staying next to garbage godowns, bathroom are worst than public toilets. Leakage in tap , stinky pillows and blanket . Floor is sticky . Please avoid going to this place it's very untidy.

Very worst hotel i have ever seen. Worst room maintenance and worst food. No proper response and service. Very worst bed and toilets. Completely cheating customers and fetching money.. kindly don't go to this place. Very unhygienic hotel. All beds and bedsheets for are never washed.
