KRV Meridian Hotel

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist, Sarah, who was always available to assist me with any questions. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious and fresh food.

Enroute to Coonoor, since we started late from trichy after getting a faulty abs sensor replaced in my vehicle, we decided to take a break and reached this lodge. After negotiating with the receptionist we finally arrived at a deal of 2.5k for overnight stay without complimentary breakfast. But unfortunately the ac in our room 106 was not working properly and after repeated complaints they changed our room at midnight to 108. Then everything was fine. The rooms and restroom were neat and clean. But you have to walk through a long corridor to reach your rooms. This lodge has a bar, multicuisine restaurant, banquet hall, and marriage hall. We had dinner and it was ok. Parking is available, the staff courteous and I hope this place is safe for families to stay.

I stayed here for the weekend and it is one of the best hotels in Karur. The rooms were compact and cozy, but a long walk from the aisle like a maze running ! Hydeouts bar service available in the rooms itself. They have a swimming pool, gym and rooftop bar. They serve south indian breakfast as complimentary, which was tasty but a bit costly.

We had booked the hotel for a small function along with room Bookings. Initially they were very friendly until the function date then once the function was over, they started showing their true colors. Lots of hidden costs. The staff were very manipulative with billing. Their manipulative decision over Billings made me regret, our choice of having our function there. No transparency. I wanted to get certain things clarified regarding billing with MD... But hotel staff were very particular,careful and stubborn in not allowing us to get in touch with their MD in any way. Though the food was good at our function, their dishonesty, disgraceful behaviour and manipulative bills made us give a very bad rating.. They also demanded tips after the function for the people who served food... I have never seen any big reputed hotel demanding tips for serving people as all the cost is already included while customizing the menu. Note. Dear KRV -MD - your interaction with the guest who has booked your Hall for any function matters a lot. Please be available for them and please educate your staff on how to value every guest with utmost honesty and clarity. I completely had a very Bad experience and KRV lost our trust.

Charge was too high. Bad maintenance. Room is not clean and not properly sanitised. Food taste is very bad.

Booked KRV Mahal for my nephew's Holy Communion. Excellent Service provided by the hotel; such hospitality from the Manager and the Staff. Food was so delicious for all relatives that came along. The owner Mr Prem was very humble & understanding. Thank You!!

The rooms are decent and cozy. The service is fine. They have facilities like swimming pool and kids play area. But mostly they were locked or not available for use. This could be improved

Had a bad experience... 1)AC not working... Despite of complaining multiple times.. They didn't bother to solve the problem. 2) Water not getting drained in bathroom... This also raised issue. But none attended 3) Broken Bucket provide in the bathroom!! 4) next day complained to their Operations Manager.. And he was so cool about it... No reaction of any kind!!!
