Kongu Residency

Kongu Residency is newly built, very neat and tidy, very nearer to NH. The room is very comfortable. The staff are friendly. Restaurant, coffee shop, juice centre and bakery is positioned at the ground floor. For Parking enough space available. We enjoyed the stay.

I had an excellent experience at Kongu Residency! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff being extremely courteous and attentive to every need.||The restaurant served delicious South Indian cuisine, and the variety of sweets and snacks was truly impressive. The location is convenient, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.||Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, quality, and ambiance. This is a great new Hotel at Karur. Very neat and clean rooms. Great staff. Special thanks to Nitish at the front desk. There is also a good restaurant on the ground floor. Very happy with the overall service

Well maintained rooms. Excellent home like food. 24 hours service. Centrally located. Wash rooms are of very good quality with high standard fittings. Consumables of quality is being provided. Quality of bed, linen and air conditioners are working excellent.

Brand new hotel - started in Aug 24. Neat rooms with good furnishings and bathroom fittings . Excellent service by front office team Mr Jai Ganesh. He kept everything ready for a 1am check in and was seamless. Car parking space available for about 15 cars. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. Couple of points 1. Secured parking is slightly away from the hotel entrance and is not clearly sign posted. The entrance is shared with the hotel. 2. contact number for the hotel is not available in Google or any website. Got it after couple of hoops. This needs to be updated. 3. Bell boy should be available for helping with luggage esp for senior citizens. Overall a very pleasant stay and will highly recommend.

I have booked 15 rooms in Kongu Residency for our family functions. The service is excellent, team lead by Mr Jai Ganesh, Mr Nithish Kumar had taken care the guests stay well. The staffs demonstrated remarkable courtesy, and attended the guest with great care. The rooms were impeccably maintained with comfort and elegance. Satisfied stay and value for money. The rooms are very new and very clean. It's big aswell. The bathroom is also very good. The overall quality at par with Hemala. This is definitely an excellent option for people travelling. The Kongu mess and Kongu Minimart has very good food and shopping options, again it's very clean. Breakfast is free and is freshly prepared on order from the mess.
