Hotel Suruli Pallazzio

Hotel must have been very good 10 years ago. Right now a bit run down but still functional. The bathroom needs refurbishing. Air conditioning also. In some rooms it is ok. In others it is not working well. So do check. Location is very good. Complimentary Breakfast is nice.

Hotel is placed at great location. Rooms are good. But bathroom is horrible and not maintained properly. Restaurant staffs are good. Owner is a kind,cordial person. But front desk staff aren't trained well for the job and definitely not good at customer service.

I stayed here from 28/12/24 till 30/12/24, hotel is awesome. Mr. Suruli (owner) is a nice and humble gentleman. Front desk executives Mr. Rajkumar and Mr. Newton were very corporative and very helpful. Though unfortunately I couldn't meet Mr. Newton. Restaurant supervisor Mr. Ranganathan is caring and would call me for breakfast if I'm late. Room service and house keeping are good. Would definitely recommend. Thank you. Just forgot Mr. Elongo of front desk, who was helpful and coorporated.

Hotel staff behaviour was very unprofessional and bad and room was highly over priced and after checkout with family with handicapped person around 11 pm yesterday and entered into the room, they again asked me to pay rs 1000 more which was unacceptable to me so I checked out within 5 minutes. they charged me rs 500 for 5 minutes. they are looting customer and highly unprofessional...

The hotel is located in a prime location. Owner of the hotel Mr Suruli is a wonderful person who takes care of the guests in an excellent way. Also, staff behaviour is wonderful. Strongly recommended to stay in the hotel.

Average lodge upgraded hotel. Collects money in advance while checking in. Room is clean, but congested , bath room is not so clean. No place to keep the soap while bathing, shower can't even be used. No hot water. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. There is no electrical outlets near bed or anywhere near. You have to depend TV unit plugs. They use trainees instead of staffs to save the money.

Had a very poor experience at this place which was rated pretty high in various travel sites. TV wasn't working and every time someone had to be called to get it working and when asked for a change of room, they had mentioned that the issue is the same with all the rooms. They didn't even have Veg meals/ Thali and we had to go out every time when we wanted good veg food with choice. Wouldn't recommend the place to someone wanting to relax at the hotel room and have food through room service

It's kind of mixed experience here. We have taken a suite room which we felt like not worth the price, also they do not have a dedicated parking which makes it bit difficult if you are with your own vehicles. Again their restaurant and complementary breakfast is top notch, Friendly staff, its located right on the main road and also close to shopping centers, quick room service, good for families, elderly couples, safe environment.
