Hotel SP Grand

The hotel is located in a narrow lane, with motorcycles parked on both sides during the day, making it difficult to drive a car inside. There are only 4-5 car parking slots available. The facilities are poorly maintained, with broken and leaking taps, and a non-functional WC flush. On the positive side, it is conveniently situated in the marketplace, with eateries and shops nearby. However, it does not justify the tariff charged.

This hotel was referred by SP residency itself, rooms are available but they ignored to provide rooms by saying we are unmarried, I said I'll provide the valid proofs, but still they refused to provide rooms which were available, I'm not sure what's wrong with your staffs.

Need more important in rooms and services especially in non A/C rooms

(22.04.24) foods and side dishes are tasty, but the quantity of chicken curry is too low and no desserts are given. How many times we ask they give and good service by the bar staff.

Worst ever room I have stayed in my entire life. How do they even claim to be a 3-star hotel when they even can't provide with basic clean rooms. The blanket, bed, restroom, floor, you can name anything here which is totally unclean. The bathroom doesn't have locks, smelly walls, No bidet, no flush and foul smell when flushing up. I couldn't even touch the walls/cupboards. I was forced to stay here cuz I came for an event in a group and transportation has been arranged for. Else, I would have shifted somewhere else altogether. No Ola and Uber here in the city. I am not sure whether I can trust the restaurant here. I don't know how ppl rate 3 star, let alone 5 star reviews. They need a reality check on how a room/hotel will look like.

Broken door latches, leaky taps,. useless dustbins broken remotes. And careless owner. Though the service personal seem to try hard towards the upkeep and providing temporary fixes to guest who make a last resort booking, only so much can be done by them when the owners are careless.

Very poor response and arrogant behaviour by the staff

It is worst experience stay at SP grand karur. The room was alloted in third floor, no lift facilities. In room there is fungal smell and can't flush in western toilet . No bed sheets provided. Dirty flooring , steel cupboard and curtains. Intercom also not working, The name only grand. But no grand . It is sorry to say booking through Goibibo.
