OYO 4355 Goodland Inn

I had a very comfortable stay here. The staff members are very polite and helpful. You can get your breakfast brought to your room by requesting the manager beforehand. Or there's always Swiggy. Best accommodation for people with TOEFL test scheduled at Dhanalaxshmi College of Engineering.

I was there for writing an exam. Room was spacious enough for the money and linen were clean. But dust and mosquitoes were a major problem. I know that the surrounding was a major reason but still the staffs could have taken some time to ensure that there are no dust and pests inside the room. I could find termites and mosquitoes in there. Anyways, being there for a very short time, it didnt affect me much.

The place is good but is far away from main Chennai city. There is not much around. The staff is hospitable and helpful. The AC's were not working that well but the staff helped fix it. Overall it's not a bad place if you habe work nearby.

The rooms are very nice with AC,TV and attached bathroom. Furniture also good. They only provide breakfast. We have to order meals from outside. Ofcourse hotel people will provide contact details of meals suppliers. It is very near to Dhanalaxmi engineering college and useful for UPSC exam aspirants who got their centre in this college

Those who like calm and non busy area, can opt for this hotel. Good staffs. Nice environment. But there is no shop or restaurants near by. For tea or coffee the hotel staff will prepare there only, but for food you have to depend swiggy or Zomatto only.

The entire place can be still improved. Oyo should do carry out a detailed audit of the persons involved in running through place. Despite located on the outskirts of Chennai at Padappai, the front desk people were so reluctant in speaking the native language. The surroundings can be kept clean with proper amenities.

Staying here may not be for a long time although for a short stay before I move to a place that would be closer to my office is shall mention that it's got that sense of responsibility that u expect, my light was fused and they had it fixed in a couple of mints.||That was quick and later someone called me to confirm if it's done wow||Best of luck

I stayed at ths hotel only for 1 night for my shopping in Anna Nagar... its a perfect location and awesome place to be... only thing that bothered me was the lift.... it woke me up at night with an awful sound... else everything was perfect... i just loved it
