Navagiraga Resort & Hotel

Good resort in a good location for visiting Navagraha temples. Rooms are excellent, clean and hygiene. People are nice. No restaurant attached. Coffee tea juice available 24 hours. Resort entrance renovation work is going on. We had a great get together yesterday in the resort. Around 40+ friends stayed and had great fun. Thanks for the resorts owner and manager for all their support.

Although a good property, the rooms are not at all maintained and there's a foul smell once you enter into the room. We were a group of 15 people including kids and a one of us had allergy after sleeping on the bed. We rook 5 rooms and the rooms are not up to the price. Swimming pool is not maintained, there are lizards and bugs all over. Washrooms are very poorly maintained. The good thing in this resort is the manager's promptness and service. And I'm sure all the positive reviews here are only because of the Manager and not because of the actual resort.

Room is good and spacious. Outer look can be improved or repainted as it looks little old. Inside the rooms are looking fine.Can add the complimentary breakfast as it is not available now.

We picked this place at the last moment for our 25th year college celebration. staffs of this resort helped to make our gathering a great success . Their hospitality , willingness to address customer needs showed their passion towards customer service

Very badly maintained,No room service, swimming was very dirty and muddy,staff not comparative,the entire resort had only 2-3 staff members,car parking was very bad while entering the resort our car couldn't even fit inside since the path was very narrow and small and every time we had to remove or take the car inside the resort or outside the gate it would be locked ,there is nothing called a bed everything is a rock. They charge you extra for the room after checking in,for us we had a dog while booking the room we were told a particular rate and after checking in they are telling us a different rate. And they are charging us extra for the bill.

We stayed for 1 night. Checked in late around 9 PM and vacated by 8 AM next morning. The idea of a resort is good. But the execution is not so good. There was no hot water and they said the motor was not working and gave an immersion heater (which century are we in? ) This in itself shows the maintenance is not upto the mark. There seems to have been an attached restaurant but it is closed now. Only a snacks and tea shop is available just outside. There were mosquitoes inside the room and possibly some other small insects inside the room. There were 2 beds. In one bed the mattress was bigger than the cot and was falling over. The swimming pool is shallow and don't think it can really be used for swimming, maybe just laze around in the water on hot days. The room rent was 3000 including a discount of 500 but do not think it is worth the price if you are either looking for a resort feel or luxury. Only one person wss available in the night to help fetch water/coffee. Room was spacious.

We came here as 4 people from chennai. Very calm and composed place. We celebrated New year 2025 here without any kind of disturbance.
