Disappointing Service and Poor Hospitality We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. Despite charging us upfront, basic amenities such as toiletries were not provided. Upon raising the issue, we received a harsh and unprofessional response from the receptionist, which further soured our experience. Linens were soiled, dirty and full of hair, probably bed sheets weren't changed or being reused. For the high cost, the service provided was far below expectations. We believe hospitality should involve courteous staff and attention to basic guest needs, neither of which were met during our visit.

We had worst experience with the lady receptionist, her attitude, response and the way she is treating the customers is inhumane. The hotel stay was decent we did refresh and got the bags out gave the keys for check out as we were leaving, though we still had 12 more hours to check out, within 15mins time we came back requesting to use the restroom for ladies, she outragedely denied on the face that's it's impossible and she will not allow as we have already checked out, though we still had 12 hours for checkout, since we have given the keys she is not considering in humanity perspective also allowing to use the restroom inspite of being a lady she is not understanding other ladies problem.

We were on a bike ride and severely drenched on our way to rameshwaram. So decided to halt the journey and checked into this hotel. The staff were considerate and understood our situation. They let us dry our gears and clothes in their vast storage area. There was enough covered space to safely park our bikes The room was clean with AC and hot water facilities.

Nice and calm place to stay. Room was very neat and clean, all staff's are so friendly.. Stay like a Home

In the abirami residence staying room is very clean and economic.value for the money ....good rooms .neat and clean there is no bad smell some hotel rooms when we enter inside first some closed bad smell .but in the staying room good .very near to the kaarikkudi railway station.in the road end auto stand avilable.one auto man mani is very genuine person .we went to ask to go kop putai Amman temple he showed extra Muthu maari amman temple and good coffee shop .very good person .and showed the 1000 window house.it's near the abirami residence.

Centrally located a little away from the traffic buzz on 100' road and within easy reach for Main Bus Station (New) and Railway Station. Clean rooms, courteous staff. AC or Non AC Double or Multiple combinations. TV is good. Free WiFi available at reception area. Food available both opp hotel (lunch and dinner) and good veg and non veg hotels are in walking distance. Clean Towels and soap, with two 500 ml Min Water are complimentary.

Great atmosphere. Clean and neet rooms. Highly recommendable.

Rooms are good and location also good. Services are somewhat better.
