Subam Palace

Rooms were Neat but Not spacious enough for the Amount we pay. At Reception, One Guy Was there , his Behaviour is Not good. We are a regular customer here yet we felt disappointed for Fining Rs.300 for extra one hour while Vacating the room. We don't know whether it is a rule of that lodge or This guy is Looting money like this from Many customers. Managers, See to this and Rectify it at Earliest. I have stayed in Many Lodges but never Paid this much money for one Hour delay while Vacating. Or Else Inform Customers before checking in to the rooms regarding Fine for the Delays.

The rooms are very average & the cleanliness should be improved... The bathroom was not much clean & the water heater was not working... When we stayed there, the painting & renovation works were going.... Hope they will improve the maintenance in future The parking is outside only in the open space... They are assuring that they will take care of the safety of the vehicle.. but I don't think it is practical...

Room is very simple and overpriced. Not providing extra pillows or blankets. Bathroom windows cannot close it. Mosquitoes are coming easily. Surrounding area hotel prices are cheaper than this. Also no room services. Not recommended.

Super hotel pleasant, calm ambience. In entrance of the hotel Reception area very good & neat. Another side of the reception wall one fish tank is there Loveable colors and beauty of the fish aquarium pona matiri irunthuchi.

The Rooms are cleanly Maintained. Room service is good. Only thinh is Wifi does not come to Rooms. Its difficult for working person if No Wifi is provided to Rooms. Staff is good

Worst service, Reception guy rude behaviour, unsafety hotel No one stay here Me and my wife miss the bus in 2.30 Am (17/09/24)so I search in google nearby hotels I called this palace he said come room is available.. But we going that palace he said ac room 1900rs extra his hand 300rs.. So I reject this palace...

Neat, non-dusty rooms AC, heater, working good...bed can comfortably fit in one adult and a child...not cot for extra bed, extra bed will be provided on floor. no bedsheets, shampoo, soap, towels..lots of mosquitoes will disturb your sleep...good to book in person than through Make my trip as price is on lowerside when we book thru in person.

Can stay with family. Room price is not too high. Staffs are good and friendly. Restaurants are not nearby but staffs are helping. Room is clean but pillow cover and bedsheets are not upto use comfortably. Can include towel and soap.
