Chola Heritage

All staffs are very good. Service is very good. A perfect place for family especially with kids. Food prepared by Bowsya Akka was simply superb with Ada Dosa being topnotch. Overall service by entire staff was really nice and I will be a repeated customer. Special appreciation to Ms Divya.

had a wonderful stay at Chola Heritage Hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and spacious, offering a relaxing environment. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast - it was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. However, one area for improvement would be the availability of dinner options at the hotel. Since there are no nearby restaurants, it would be great if the hotel could provide dinner services as well, allowing guests to enjoy a complete experience without having to venture out. Overall, it's a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again, hopefully with the added convenience of dinner options!

We stayed at : Nov 29 2024. Good place to stay with family. It's hard to find many places like this one. It is located on a road that is not too busy or lonely. Snacks, fruits, and a small hotel are available nearby. They have a small garden outside with pets and a swing. The staff were cooperative. Only breakfast is available, but lunch and dinner can be ordered online. Overall, it's a good place to stay and explore.

It's a great place to stay. It is very secure. They have double gates. First gate always open for parking and arrival. Second gate is closed for safety and security purpose, but they open that gate instantly when they see the guest. They are staffed 24/7. The hotel is very safe and secure. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They treat the guest as their own family. They make sure to accommodate all the guests need. You feel like you are living in a traditional house. It's surrounded by herbal trees, swings, swans, and rabbits. The place is very clean. They serve traditional food for breakfast. If you don't like that kind of food management make sure to substitute the food the guest likes. Management and staffs make sure they keep their guest happy and comfortable. It is a wonderful place to stay. It's a traditional place with homely environment. We are missing the place already. We are planning to come back with rest of our family members soon. Love this hotel.

Good place to stay if you are travelling to Karaikudi. Only complimentary breakfast is available & it was very good . Special black kavani kanji was too yummy!!! Rabbits, parrots & ducks are available for kids to enjoy!

Hotel is a heritage hotel. One set back os the train track is next to hotel and the had sleep issue at night when the train travel pass the hotel. Staff was giving excellent service. As feedback would request hotel to consider starting the breakfast at 7am instead of 8am.

The hotel is next to a railway gate and every tourist attraction, you have to pass through crowded railway gate on busy train days. Also the noise from passing trains are too great especially on the cottage that is situated outside. Rooms are clean and done decently but not to the level of price points they demand, you will find similar quality rooms at half price. It is not a resort, it is in the homestay territory with warm and friendly staff. Expect homestay and mentally be prepared.

We stayed at the chola Heritage for 3 days.. This is one of the best in class stays in Karakudi and the price of the stay is very reasonable. This is a very cozy stay with home like setup. There is a reception and rooms are within the mansion. The mansion is built in the Heritage style. The reception is always available for all types of requests. The mansion is surrounded by beautiful trees that will enhance your experience of this day. The day begins with tasty and healthy breakfast served at the hotel. Personally, one of my favorite part of this hotel. We ate there for 3 days and all 3 days the taste remain the same and consistent. There is a widespread of of breakfast items. My favorite is the black rice kanji. The staffs working there are really good and helpful and are always ready to provide service with a smiling face. Mr. Raj helped us gave us a wonderful itinerary that helped us cover all the things that we planned for and even more.. He also helped us with local contacts for transportation, shopping, and snacks. Ultimately, our experience to explore the chettinad came true because of a decision in choosing this hotel to stay.
