ARC Hotel

My recent stay at a certain hotel was a nightmare. Not only was the room dusty and unkempt.The room was totally different compared to picture posted.To top it off, the absence of WiFi made it impossible to stay connected or get any work done.Definitely a place to avoid at all costs!

I booked through Booking.com (for 3 days) and got a confirmed reply. As I was arriving in the night and as no one picked up when I called the hotel from my home country, - I thought I better get Booking.com to confirm that the hotel will be open at that time (even though I had already placed this request in the booking form itself). Booking.com tried and they too could not reach the hotel. When I arrived, the property was closed. Fortunately, the driver had a local phone and he called the number given and after a long time, the manager answered and opened the door. He refused to see the Booking.com booking and said that the hotel was fully booked - but for one room - and just for one night. I was in for a shock. As I had no choice - I agreed. The whole hotel was dirty and there is no wifi as promised in the website. They do not even provide towels/soap. The next day I had to hunt for hotels and it was really difficult as it was peak wedding season. The manager was not even apologetic. It was an absolute nightmare. Book at your own risk.

Good place neat and adequate. There are latches missing in certain places, maybe that can be improved. Food was OK here with satisfactory service. U can stay here but caution there is no lift.

Worst experience, don't believe the pictures uploaded and book the room . Please don't book. They don't even know the meaning of cleanliness

The roti was awful to say the least..even the side dish were not upto the mark.

Poor ambiance,bad bedsheets...overall worst experience
