The rooms were clean, ventilated. The rooms we stayed were non AC with prices (1400 for 4 person room, 700 for 2 person room) Good service. No hot water. Easily accessible. Big separate parking area available. Worth the money.

Amazing place at affordable price. The rooms were squeaky clean and it was a very comfortable stay. You can park your bike inside the premises but no alternative parking spot. This is even more safe i would say. If you are planning for a stay at Karaikudi. This should be your go to place

Don't book room through OYO, They collect advance first and inform that room has been booked, if u enquire in hotel they tell no room , no response and refund of advance from OYO, if u book non ac in this hotel you won't get hot water, blankets and not even water jug, u have to take RO water from ground floor, even no small table also, totally not satisfied exception is staff who attended when we check in, don't,book any room from OYO it is cheating us, try to contact hotel and book room directly when we need room, first confirm available service and cleanliness in room

Medium pricing. Room size is adaptable. Most of the rooms lack natural lighting. Mostly occupied by students of Pyramid Academy. Easy to identify. If you're a bachelor you'll be able to live here without a deal. Food facilities available at the reach.

The mahal is good. Has rooms in the 1st floor(has to be paid separately) The room are quiet good with spring mattress. Some rooms has two bed rooms, small kitchen kind of thing and a bathroom. Ideal for mens to stay. Families should try to. Avoid the rooms

Worst rooms. Unhygienic, stinky, bugs. If you book online, they ask extra money for that useless rooms. if you refused to pay extra money, they won't give room. Pictures are old pictures. Room condition is terrible. Don't waste money. Better options are nearby, try Vinayaga residency or Ess Pee Inn.

Loved when i stayed for 1 year during winter season.the rooms was good & clean.regular water service and clean drinking water near the reception.but the Mahal was built near railway crossing,so sometimes the train sound may be disturbing, otherwise it is good environment and shall be able to visit the Alagappa colleges nearby too.

Rooms & Services are good, Easily approachable, safe, secure. But price is the real constrain. As for it's services concerned, price is somewhat good. Monthly rental rooms are also available here.
