Sri Vinayaga Residency

I did a phone booking a month back and the person who attended the phone (called Madan) confirmed the booking. He didn't ask me to pay in advance. After a month, today, I called the same number and someone took the phone. Then realized that they didn't make my booking. Witnessed that they gave this booking to some other marriage party. The person who spoke today started asking me whether I paid any advance and told that no booking available. When I raised my voice (If you as a consumer who booked a month back and feeling you landed up nowhere on the day of travel), he didn't listen mine and cut the phone. Neither they asked me to pay in advance on that day when I called nor called me to inform that my pre-booking got cancelled. As you all aware, The admin of this hotel will respond back to my post by saying something to justify his position. But my sincere request to the Google viewers is "This is what you get as a customer service from this hotel. " !!!!!

Single rooms are very small . You will feel suffocating within an hour. Double Rooms are okay. If you don't find any elite - luxury hotel. Then you can consider this. A typical village hotel

Nice place. Clean rooms. Good service by staff. It's around 2.5 km from Karaikudi bus stand. Decent hotel to stay with family. One thing is it's costly during peak days like heavy muhurthams. And they charged for water bottles separately (though they waived for us). You can book there without a second thought

My family and I had stayed in this hotel, its very clean, well maintained and service is good. The staff were helpful regarding travel routes and suggestions. Do recommend this hotel if you want a nice, clean and affordable place to rest while most of the day you spend sightseeing or shopping.

I don't get any Rooms in Karaikudi due to heavy muhurtham.. But this hotel Manager is very polite and he understands my situation to allot one Room for me. And the Room and hotel was very clean....

Great experience of this vinyaga residency .very very neat and clean all floors. House keeping workers all are good. Room service workers are very satisfied. All workers are good service and good maintained.

I had got a family room here for Saturday night stay. The staff were courteous and helpful. The price is worth for the stay and the comforts offered. This will be my default goto spot to stay whenever I come to Karaikudi!
