Excellent Stay & Outstanding Managerial Support I had an amazing stay at VLS HOLIDAY HOME. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-maintained, offering a peaceful ambiance. A special thanks to Mrs.Sheela(Manager) who went above and beyond to ensure we had a hassle-free experience. Her professionalism, warm hospitality and prompt responses, truly made a difference. I highly recommend VLS HOLIDAY HOME to anyone looking for a wonderful hospitality experience. Will definitely visit again!

Fake Reviews Hide a Horrible Reality VLS Holiday Home is one of the most deceptive places we've ever booked. The Google reviews are fake or manipulated, because the reality is shocking. * No guest services * No lift, despite assigning elderly guests to upper floors * No toiletries or basic supplies * No parking * No one at reception, ever * A dangerous, muddy approach road where no one helps you carry your luggage We begged them to shift our elderly parents to the ground floor. They refused. They didn't even try to ask the local guests to cooperate. It was cruel and humiliating. The place is run like a local lodge, not a holiday home. Save yourself and your family the horror--we sincerely wish we had.

Disrespectful and Discriminatory Treatment If you're from outside Tamil Nadu--beware. The treatment at VLS Holiday Home was discriminatory and insulting. We were assigned corner rooms on the first floor, inaccessible for our elderly parents, even though plenty of better rooms were available on the ground floor for local guests. Despite our repeated requests, no help was offered, and we were met with rude, unhelpful staff and an unapologetic owner. The amenities? Nonexistent. No toilet paper, no toiletries, no intercom, no guest service. You have to climb stairs to make a request--and no one is ever available. Wi-Fi is non-functional, and even basic cleanliness was lacking. The online ratings are fake. This place should not be listed as a hospitality business. Avoid it completely.

An Absolute Nightmare for Families Staying at VLS Holiday Home was a terrible mistake. We trusted the online ratings and ended up in a place with no parking, no service, no compassion. The rooms have zero amenities--no toiletries, no towels (just one small piece), no toilet rolls, no TV remote. You're expected to walk a muddy, non-concrete path with luggage and no help from anyone. Our elderly parents struggled immensely, yet the staff showed no concern or flexibility. The Wi-Fi is a joke, the owner is rude, and the staff are worse. The ground-floor rooms are reserved for locals; others are shoved into inaccessible corners with no facilities. This is not just poor hospitality--it's inhuman.

We stayed at VLS Holiday Home, Kanyakumari with 11 friends for a weekend getaway in May 2025. We booked two 2BHK rooms and found the stay extremely comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with RO drinking water and 24x7 hot water. All the ACs worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and relaxing environment. This place is very near to the Kanyakumari railway station and you can reach just by less than 10 mins walk. Bathrooms were hygienic and neatly kept, adding to our comfort. Overall, a 5-star experience -- highly recommended for group stays (both family and bachelors)

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean.Stayed in a 2BHK. The location is near to railway station walkable. The sight seeing area is around 1.5kms. caretaker is a friendly and helpful person. Car parking ( open however safe ) is spacious. Must try place

Harsh Reality Behind 5-Star Reviews Do not trust the 5-star reviews of VLS Holiday Home--they are completely misleading and likely fabricated. We booked based on these reviews and deeply regretted it. Our elderly parents were forced to climb stairs to distant corner rooms on the first floor because the management refused to accommodate them on the ground floor, which was conveniently occupied by local guests and young couples. No lift, no Wi-Fi in rooms, and zero willingness to help. We were in distress and literally cried for help, but the staff stood indifferent. No amenities, no parking, no service. The road to the property is a narrow muddy lane where you're on your own--no help with luggage, no reception support, and rude, arrogant behavior from the owner. A deeply disappointing, discriminatory, and exhausting experience. Never again.

Decent clean room in quiet locality, just 5 minutes by autorickshaw to the railway station. Fresh hot breakfast was provided at 8 am sharp. Friendly staff.
