Sona Hotel

The Hotel staff's behaviour is bad. We entered hotel at morning 6 a.m. This is like 24 hrs booking, we stayed 1st day (800 for Non A/C), and in the evening of 1st day we paid for the 2nd day (again 800 for Non A/C) and in the morning of 2nd day a staff told us to move out of hotel room at 4 p.m which should be around next day morning 6 a.m. total 48 hrs. We already have train at 5:50 in the 2nd day so we told them that instead of 4 p.m we will move out at 5 p.m . They gave us a reason that another A/C booking is on the way and they have to clean the room at 4 p.m but why they will take an A/C booking in the same room where we are staying??? They already have our 2 days payment!!!! BS!!

Worst place to stay and the manager was very rude and there were bed bug in the room

I made a very big mistake staying in this hotel. It was a very bad smelly room, The service was so bad and the manager was so rude. Initially I asked him after booking online about check-in and Check-out he said it is 24hrs from the time you check-in to the hotel. But when we reached the hotel the manager was behaving so rudely and saying you have to vacate by 4 pm or else go to any other hotel. Power goes off every 2 hrs and hotel rooms are so badly smelling. Kindly do not prefer this hotel at all even if you are staying for 1 day also.

Very bad place. Did not like it. Rooms are very small and they charge insanely for them. The rooms are not clean and the bathrooms are horrible and filthy. There are cockroaches on the floor and even climb on the bed making sound sleep an issue. The place is very dirty. Do not come here. Especially if you want cleanliness. The advertising was completely different and i fell for it by booking it on make my trip website. Do not make the same mistake i did. Read the reviews thoroughly before booking.

We book this property through oyo on 19th November. We paid the amount of rs 1231 through online aswell. We reached at this property around. 3.30pm. One person was there at reception we said that we book the room through oyo and paid the rent online.. The receptionist said that they are not receiving guest who paid the amount through online they are not tieup with oyo right now.. So we ring up to the guest reception number which they mentioned in oyo booking confirmation message i spoke to a person regarding the check in issue.. He said that they will refund the amount with in 48 hours. Till now they didn't refund the amount.. Without staying the property manager saying that we stayed in the hotel on sameday with room number.. Really fraud property manager.. Now they are saying refund is not possible.. Without staying we lost 1231rs. Such kind of cheating from oyo... So guys if you wish to book hotel try other app and choose option payat hotel otherwise they definitly cheat you... The property is not cleaned its really a small hotel. The rent is too high

One of the worst decisions which we took during our visit to Kanyakumari in Dec 2019. Zero maintenance , lots or cockroaches.. bathrooms are not at all neat.. Please do not book just by seeing the advertisement in any of the popular booking sites. This place is slightly inside from the main road so No parking space at all. Only plus is just 3-5 minutes walk to the temple and the shopping area.

The worst hotel I had booked ever.. Not clean Old Hotel Hot water not available Poor AC Bad customer service Overall Horrible.. I just booked this hotel through Goibibo App. It charged 1400 for 4 bed AC room They have got then an option to stay at 4 bed non AC or 2 bed AC Finally adjusted with 2 bed AC Very bad room.. with no amenities

Staff is very rude if you not sponsor the drink they will behave with you very ruad. I not recommended this hotel many near by is very good with same rate.never book this hotel.
