Shri Padham Heritage

Stayed in this place after Christmas and was hugely disappointed by the facilities. The location of the hotel is good if u want to stay away from the bustle. But everything else is disappointing. Let me start with parking which is a small passage. Cars have to be parked one behind others in the 10 feet passage and one has to wait for other cars to move if u have to take out your car. Plus bigger cars find it difficult to back out. A Kalyani (water pond) front of the hotel is filled with mosquitoes and thrash and is an eyesore. The parapet wall is 2 feet and looks scary if you have kids or you mistakenly hit the wall. The room is large and spacious but the bedding looks untidy. No bath mats or anything to keep feet dry and clean. There is a TV which does not work as there is no connection. There is a foul smell from the room which is hard to mask even with Ac on. There were mosquitoes under the bed. The phone in the room was not working so had to go to reception to ask for things. The bathroom has no hot water and we had to ask staff for it. They give a bucket of hot water to take bath which was not enough for an adult. There are no towel rods or any other amenities in it. All in all the stay was very disappointing and costly given that we paid three times the normal rate due to peak season. The staff said that the hotel has problems after the recent floods. If that is the case, they should not have accepted bookings and closed it for repair. If you plan to book a room don't go by their photos expect some surprises.

Standard AC Room was good for Rs 1300. Even though 3km away from beach, it is very calm place. Buses and autous are easily available to beach. Restaurant is not operational right now. Vivekananda center is nearby. Wonderful ambience and a good restaurant inside that.

Booked the hotel for 1400 per day.Rooms was clean and ac was working .Railway station and all the tourist spots were close and were within 1.5km.Peaceful environment

Rooms were not clean, nothing in room will work (TV, AC, Heater,...) They will never clean pillow cover, bedsheet,.. Guy in reception is rude and never responds. This property is under sale, so no maintenance will be done from hotel end (response from reception guy) Please spend extra 200-300 rs and go to other Hotels.

March 2023: Good stay at Shri Padham Heritage. Very close to all the tourist Attractions, good restaurants at walkable Distance. Parking space was not that great but it was manageable. Clean and hygienic Room, Bathroom and corridor. Overall, Satisfied with the 2 days Stay. Recommended :)

This is worst hotel or lodge. It is kind of gow down converted to lodge. We had very bad experience after booking through makemytrip. Neither makemytrip supported us or hotel staff. Rooms were dirty, beds are damaged, neither TV or wifi is working. Surprised to say that, cleaning staff does not have proper tools to clean rooms. When we asked for hot water they gave us the heating coil to heat. All photos i attached. Simply makemytrip is looting money using such hotels. Dont book this hotel at all as day shift manager is arrogant.

Very nice & clean & well fitted interiors. We stayed in Room 201 on 10th March 2019. Although we checked in early in the morning and stayed very less, the guy in the front desk was very chilled out and allowed us to stayed few more hours. The amenities are very nice, AC + small refrigerator + well fitted bathroom amenities + comfortable bedding + lift (didn't allowed us to get more exaggerated after coming from heat outside) Only thing missing is an intercom to help us in need.

The hotel staff is fraud. They are so broke that even if people cant reach due to floods then also they will not issue refund. They want to make whatever money they can get from customers. No food allowed inside and you will have to eat whatever is available there. Very pathetic hotel, never ever stay here. This hotel sucks!!
