Very very bad rooms...very dirty bed spread...not well maintained rest room....I don't even like to give 1 star also....not worth of money....pls don't come and stay here

Only the outer look of the residency looked neat with whitewashing. The rooms were dingy, damp and fungus laden. My sister in law became I'll bcz of this fungus allergy. There was only one fan for 4 people accommodation. I didn't sleep the whole night bcz of mosquito bites. The toilet jet was broken, the cistern not flushing properly. They not provide us soap or towel. The bedsheets were dsmn dirty and red ants were roaming on the bed. After much heckle they changed the bedsheets but they didn't give one as quilts. The floor was not well cleaned. Its a strict NO NO hotel. Plz don't go

Location and Parking facility will be the reason to choose this hotel. Located 200m near the vivekanand statue and view point. Car parking is available. Non-AC room, they charged 1500 for 2+1 extra bed. Customer service is good. The room is small and it is suitable for refreshment. The restroom is clean. Blankets are washed but they are very very old one. The bed and bed sheet are neat and clean. Water Heater they will turn on in the morning as we request. TV is working with some display issues. Overall good one for just sleeping and refreshing and going for sight seeing.

Ok this place isn't entirely terrible... the bugs one has to get used to in smaller towns like Kanyakumari in India. The room itself isn't very good.. its ok. The main problem are the rates.. but I found all over the town the hotels had inflated the rates - typical tourist place problem! The room costed 1000/- if we dont use the AC and 1500/- if we do use the AC. Paying 1500 for that room is out of question for me... 1000 /- is OK.. ideally at 700/- it would be a much better deal. ||||They had kept a mineral water bottle in the room. Lot of hotels give it complimentary but after drinking it. The people told me that it will be charged additionally. Also when leaving none of the staff helped me with my luggage (not that I needed any help, but still the gesture would be good) instead they started asking me for tip! Even though I stayed for a day and hadn't interacted with any of them... so it was an uncomfortable experience. ||||Overall though its safe and decent place which is important since I was traveling solo.

The rooms are not clean and everything was dusty. There were insects(wasps colony) in the washroom. Hotwater not Readily available all the time. But available on demand. Verrrrry loud fan that one can not sleep. Room is filled with Cigarette smell. Dirty bedsheets. TV was not working. No wifi. Overall, its a bad experience even for single day.

I had booked a suit of four beds in this hotel on 26th December through Stayzilla. I arrived with my family, altogether 4 adults and 3 kids at 3.00 am on 26th Dec. The chowkidar of the hotel informed that there were no rooms and manager would come at 8.00 am. We waited there in the hotel premises. Things went horrible. One of the kids fell sick. We took him to hospital. When I contacted Stayzilla, nobody picked up phone. Later we found that the manager was sleeping in the room at the entrance gate. He did not respond us. At about 8.00 am the manager called me on phone and informed that the room is ready. The hotel lacks hospitality and honesty. It was a bad experience to share here. Anybody booking this hotel should be very careful.

I booked a double bed AC room for one night to stay on 25th Dec night thru Makemytrip priced at 1950. The hotel conveniently declined the booking and called up saying they had issues with MMT bookings and suggested to make a Rs2000 NEFT transfer to their account.|On arrival, I was allotted a room of the size of a matchbox - have shared a few pics for size reference. To top it all, I was told that the AC room is a room that has an AC fitted, for it to be functional, another 1000 was to be paid. |Further more, the room didnt have ventilation of any sorts amidst the humid heat of Kanyakumari!|Beware of these thugs with a leader by the name Raja!|All and all an unforgettable experience in a bad way. The only good thing I can think of is the proximity to the jetty and beach.
