Best rooms in affordable prices. Temple and other nearby places are at a walking distance of maximum 10-15 mins. Beautiful and very calm location of the property. Felt peaceful. Manager and other staff were supportive. Lift was available. Cleanliness was up to the mark.

The room was not cleaned before handing it over to us. The bedsheets were torn, pillow cover not changed. We asked the staff to change but he mentioned he has no spare bedsheets/pillow cover and everything was given to laundry. No towel, no soap and no water bottle. Nothing was given.

I was shocked by how disrespectful the staff were during our stay. Instead of helping us with our queries, they responded with sarcasm and indifference. Hotel management is not good it doesn't have elevator hotel doesn't provide basic services like soap and towel reused water bottles and charges extra money for pillows and blankets worst hotel ever. I recommend don't choose this hotel. I encountered several staff members who were unprofessional and downright rude. It felt like we were bothering them by asking for basic services.

Cleanliness & staff behaviour were fine, but one of our room's bathroom was weird shaped, comod is the first thing you will finf after opening bathroom door!

Good hotel. Budget friendly. Good service. When i go Kanyakumari i only choose this hotel. Its so amazing. Its in calm area.

Worst experience the staff are not friendly they will not clean the room there is no hot water.. staff behaviour to rude
