Very good place for family stay , reasonable price. Rooms maintained well , washrooms are neat and clean. Property owner is very good and was really helpful to us . Was really worth to stay here during my Kanyakumari trip.

We stayed at Raghavi Tourist Home just to freshen up before our check-in at Sky Ark, which we had booked from 12 noon to the next day. Since Sky Ark's policy meant we would have had to pay for two days if we checked in before 12, we opted to use Raghavi for a quick bath. The property was clean and spacious, with several rooms and a large area. There were also plenty of restrooms available outside, which was convenient. While the place was decent for what we needed, I wouldn't recommend it for families like mine who expect a higher standard, such as a 3-star hotel. The rooms were basic, and the beds looked quite old, so I wouldn't have felt comfortable sleeping there. However, the owner's wife, an elderly woman, was very kind and friendly. She offered great local advice, suggesting we visit the nearby temples early to avoid the crowds. Since we only needed a place to freshen up, Raghavi was fine for our short stop, but for anyone looking for a more comfortable stay or a family-friendly environment, this might not be the best choice.

This homestay offers a simple and budget-friendly option for travelers. It's a single room with basic amenities - a geyser is available, but there are no shelves, only a table and a chair. If you need air conditioning, it's available for an extra charge. Essentials like soap and blankets are not provided, so you'll need to bring your own. Filtered water is accessible in a shared area, but there's no dining space or kitchen. While it lacks luxury, it's ideal for budget-conscious travelers who need a clean place to sleep and freshen up while exploring Kanyakumari. I booked in online for 6-7 rooms and I enquired on the next day whether it's available the lady who attended the call was very rude enough to cut the call abruptly it was very much annoying and when we asked to for visiting room they denied like anything (how can we pay a bulk amount even without seeing the condition of the rooms ) .. for which was again enquired the lady told that she would give police complaint ... how bad attitude she even showing to us ,,, if she is not willing to rent the room she should have never given ad over the internet .... I suggest to the ppl who prioritise their self respect dnt visit this page also for an query Such a worst behaviour ..

Worst place I've stayed in India, I arrived a little late was met by the two owners who practically told me that I couldn't stay and they cancelled my booking as i didn't complete some form which I never received nor did they call or email. They were super not helpful. They lied said no rooms available, then suddenly it was. Then tried to say they had no change but I said I want it now and eventually my change appeared. Bed had no sheets. Power cuts. Rats outside in the lane way. Would not recommend. They emailed me with an itinerary for a tour when I asked she said oh no that's not available then in the morning woke me up to ask was I going on the tour. I couldn't wait to leave.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The place is affordable yet comfortable. The owner, an aunty with a warm and welcoming attitude, was always smiling and very helpful. She gave us great suggestions for places to visit around the city. The home is ideal for groups of friends and families, which made us feel safe.we need to pay extra for AC (Timing).It covers all the basic needs and offers a pleasant stay.

Non-luxury family, stay with clean beds and clean bathroom. No car parking space as mentioned, no bedsheets provided if non-AC rooms availed. None of the power sockets are working properly. Not so spacious no hot water. English speaking lady owned and maintained property.

Stayed at Hotel Raghvi and was extremely disappointed. The lack of basic amenities was shocking - no towels, no soap, and worst of all, no electricity for most of my stay. It was impossible to relax or even freshen up. When I asked the staff about the power issues, they didn't seem concerned or in a rush to fix it. The room was hot, dark, and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get any rest. I would not recommend this place to anyone; there are much better options out there for the price. Reply to your comment : I was there from 19 oct to 20 oct, and for your kind information please ask to old man who is coming multiple times to fix power issue that I need to report him after every 5-10 minutes, the old lady was not there on 19 oct night :)
