Rooms are clean, neat, spacious and affordable. AC worked without any complaints. We had booked a double bedroom- 2 rooms for 2 days. (Family with 4 kids and elderly people. It is 1.5 km from the beach and all tourist spots are accessible from here. Bathrooms are well cleaned. Hot water available. No kettle or induction stove usage allowed.Ample parking available. Manager Mr. Ganesh is kind, helpful and approachable 24/7. He guided us with the location, places to visit, hotels and their timings. Go for it without any hesitation.

A very decent and extremely affordable stay. The rooms are spacious with a single bathroom and are meant for a group of 4. Location is right off the main road through a narrow lane (not suitable for large SUVs). The place has sufficient parking for 5 cars.

You won't get anything better than this in this budget. Amazing service, clean room and well maintained toilets. Even the parking space is enough to occupy multiple cars. I can assure you this is one of the best stay you can get from Kanyakumari.

Liked - The location is not proper in Google maps. You should use the LK Mahal location to reach via main road. Mr. Ganesh the receptionist was super helpful with our queries. The room was large with 2 double beds and we had added AC as an addon. 8 Towels were provided for our group. I had added drivers as well in the room booking and they were provided with separate mattresses and another hall for sleeping. Hot water came early in the morning. Overall, satisfied with our stay. Disliked - The parking area is roughed and there is no veranda for the rooms so you have to leave your footwear inside the rooms or you have to leave it in the open area outside the room which might be prone to stray dogs and they might pick it.

We were moving from trivandrum to kanyakumari but as we were new in the city we missed the train. So we stayed there in Trivandrum . However I forgot to cancel my booking. In the evening hotel manager called me and I explained as this was unintentional and apologized for the same. Still the manager( for whom i have read good reviews ) said SHAME ON YOU MAM!!! What type of language do you use to a female? Or a non- guest ? Do you only speak politely when the person is your guest ? Shame on you and your understanding!

Hotel really clean, room very beautiful and big, whit 2 beautiful and confortable bed. Ganesh, the manager, really nice person, speak so many languages and a perfect English, help us to discover the place, manage taxi and restaurant. Definitely the place to go if you planing visit Kanyakumari

The manager was amazing. Bent over backwards to help us. We would recommend this to every budget concious traveller. Such great service and excellent value for money.

The staff is excellent, and the room is both clean and spacious. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean as well. Overall, it offers great value for money.
