Joppa House Kanyakumari

I am very much happy of this Room stay. Every nature lover loves this stay. Don't expect room service, may be in feature. The eminities are medium provided. The watch man is very helpful and supportive.

They are the main scamers in the kanyakumari area...theire rooms are very bad and not cleaning...properly...there management is very bad and they dont know how to behave coustomer there caretaker is also....its not good for family,friends and even single also... one day i booked the room for two days and i payed full payement for previously..and i came there on the day..the caretaker tell all rooms are full and no room are available... and i inform am already booked the rooms and payed the payment previously...then also they dont give the rooms.. after i inform the issue to the managment section..they give the respone in 3hrs later.. they call and the rooms electricty is not good..so u can take rooms for another area...

This is a terrible homestay, looks like a haunted place, the care taker was rude asked us to enter the gate with his permission and didn't assign homestay for 3 hours , even after 2 hours the room wasn't cleaned only sheets were changed. Horrible experience that we had to vacate even we paid 1700 already, sea view is not worth it when you have flies and ants all around the room, I would give a zero, DONT BOOK even if you are on budget.

Very bad experience I booked through Booking.com It was agreed no advance is required,but they called and demanded advance, which paid by me . My booking was to 23/12/24 and I cancelled the booking on 20/12/24 But they didn't return advance amount. I complained to Booking.com but they didn't do any thing. Cheated me

The stay is very serene and pleasant. The owner is very cooperative and the care taker is helpful. He suggested a food place for breakfast as well which was tasty and cost effective. As he is old we will have to be bit patient and understanding. The stay is eco friendly and we spotted many peacocks as well. Worth the money, would recommend for people who are seeking pleasant stay.

Good place to stay. High rating for location, comfort and peaceful environment. Colonial style architecture, and lush green garden is attractive. Amenities: No AC, but Large windows and sea breezes keeps the temperature regulated, and makes the stay pleasant and comfortable. You might struggle with items like toiletries etc. This should be improved. For guestts, I Would suggest to carry some on your own. Food not available at the property. That has to be arranged on your own. The manager and caretaker are helpful though. I would highly recommend this property, if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle of citylife.

Location is beautiful but pathetic service and no maintain!! Very scary to stay ... avoid going to this place, unless it is uplifted on maintenance and security.

Horrible experience, don't look into paid 5* reviews. They threw us out of the property in midnight. We had a sick senior citizen and 1 kid and 1 infant with us. Never ever trust on the sweet words of owner before booking and payment. He will show his real face once you will be in his property. Even property is not worthy. Not clean, full of insects, no power backup, not a single shop nearby to even purchase a water bottle or tea. You will get plenty of other properties at prime location in less than half price than this horrible place
