Hotel Viswa Residency

It's cheap and best. We booked 3 rooms for 7 adults and 3 kids and the stay was good. The hotel inside residential area so the road is very narrow for about 200 meters and bed room door and bathroom door locks to be repaired.

Very underrated hotel facility , and the room is very bad , current cutting is going own me and my kid is going to enter the liftsame time current gone if it is happened inside the lift who will take the responsibility very bad experience and they are not responsible , the photo of the rooms in website and orginal is totally different . I asked to the staff but he is irresponsible to the service providing only 2 staff a up staff is responsible .with compairing the hotels you will get lower budget neat hotels than this viswa recidency. i will never recommend to hotel to anyone and don't be a fool of choosing this hotel .

Location is far from city and main roads. No hotels available around. And no swiggy zomato services available to this location. We struggled to find a swiggy service to get food in the night. Staff do listen to queries patiently, but do not find any solution. No hot water even after waiting for a long time. AC was badly maintained, it was creating lot of noice. Rooms are also badly maintained, walls were patchy without paints and bed spreads were torn and was looking dirty. But they said it's fresh and didn't change them at all. Need to improve a lot.

The room was not ready when we arrived, despite being informed it was prepared. Upon pointing out the issues, the staff argued that it was ready, which was very unprofessional. 2. Hygiene Issues The bathroom was dusty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The pillows provided were dirty, with noticeable brown stains, which was extremely unhygienic. The staircase had spit stains, reflecting a severe lack of maintenance and cleanliness. 3. Poor View from the Balcony Instead of a pleasant view, the balcony overlooked a garbage dump, which was unpleasant and unappealing. There is a view of the Sea but the dump just beside the hotel demeans the experience. 4. Unprofessional and Rude Staff The staff displayed unprofessional behavior and a lack of basic training. When we raised concerns, they rudely responded, saying, "You can't expect more for your payment, for your money I can't give palace." which was unacceptable and disrespectful. 5. Lack of Basic Amenities The hotel lacked power backup, leaving us without electricity for hours. Fans stop working and you will have to sleep in the heat. 6) No towels, no clean bedspreads, no soaps. Overall, my experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, rude staff, and failure to provide basic amenities made the stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone until significant improvements are made.

Well furnished and spacious rooms, with timely and satisfactory service at a very reasonable price. Manager is a very well behaved guy who even helped us chalk out the Kanyakumari sight-seeing plans and timings and also arranged for a traveller for rest of our Kerala tour. As a recent visitor to this hotel I would recommend this hotel to all my viewers who visits Kanyakumari. We got a mind boggling sunrise as well as sunset view from the balcony/rooftop. Seashore and Vivekananda Rock Memorial is clearly visible.

Avoid this place! No water, no soaps, no blankets, and even the hot water doesn't work. Worst of all, they turn off electricity to rush you into checking out. Completely unprofessional staff. Do not stay here
