Hotel Viswa Grand

We had a excellent couple of days stay in this hotel. Good sea view bedrooms with roof top swimming pool (clean water). You can see the sun rise and set in the hotel itself but would suggest to go sea shore for sunset. Hotel staff very well guided us for the hotel stay and nearby attractions. I would love to stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Viswa Grand. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my visit. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the hotel's parking facility was a plus. The in-house restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, though the service during peak hours was slightly slow. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing stay with good value for money. I'd recommend it to travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Stayed here for one day, place is located on a hilly area so all 3 sides beach is visible from the balcony if you got family suite rooms. Rooms are very specious and comfortable also clean. We can see sunrise and sun set from the balcony . Also roof top it's visible .Reception and all staff are very polite. Car parking we have to do just opposite to the hotel in one open place. Overall nice experience with Viswa Grand.

Recently,We booked this hotel hall for a wedding function ad and also rooms for the guests two months in advance before the function day.On the day of the function, the AC was not working in the marriage hall and same case in the hotel rooms also. They do not have any technicians to attend the fault immediately. They said it will take 3 to 4 hrs for the technicians to come and attend the issue. They charged for the AC hall and AC rooms, but the facility was not provided. The hotel management is very worst. They do not have proper planning and preventive maintenance of facility equipments.Strongly suggests not to prefer this hotel rooms for stay & this hotel hall for any function purpose. Bad experience we had.

It was a pleasant and safe stay. Complementary breakfast was like home made and tasty. Good room service. Accessible to sightseeing spots... spectacular sunrise view from the Balcony. Swimming pool is nice

Disappointed with our stay, we just checked out yesterday morning. 1. Very rude room service person. Have to ask multiple times even to get fresh towels. 2. Used cutlery etc remains outside the room for hours on end. 3. Noisy malfunctioning air conditioner which wasn't rectified. 4. Badly ventilated bathroom without even an exhaust fan. 5. Hotel doesn't even offer complimentary breakfast to guests. 6. Room service food was just average.

The hotel is situated near the beach, rooms and location are nice. However room service is really worst, sorry to say but we didn't expect such issues from hotel but this was the harsh reality. The behaviour of Manager whose duty is at night is absolutely rubbish and absurd and I personally request hotel owner to please take punitive action against him. The way he behaves with guest is not proper ultimately it effect the overall image. Pls take my advice positively as these reviews are posted just to get the genuine feedback and accordingly improve the services as part of continual improvement. Overall not happy with the hospitality

Checked out yesterday AC not working. Repair person said reduce fan speed. Like what is even that reason? Needed to switch on fan even after turning on AC to 18 C We asked for room change. Manager didn't agree. They had rooms available. Housekeeping staff speaks only Hindi. How is it a 3 star if your people don't understand English?
