Hotel Temple Citi

I have booked this based on the google reviews. I have booked it for Saturday night. I have called and informed them that I will check in late. We reached hotel at 11:45PM. Check in was comfortable no issues. Rooms were good no issues. I will recommend every one who book here to talk to the service persons and try to request them for anything you want. Most of the service persons are helpful here.

Overall a good experience... Helpful staff and management... Lots of variety in breakfast. Proximity to vivekananda Rock and Amman temple... Decent eateries close by... it's in a alleyway and approach may not be great..Also hotel a bit on the older side....but overall a great budget hotel and we had good memories...

Stayed for two days recently booked by RBC Travels Madurai. But the person at the hotel reception cheated and fraudulently forced to stay in a small room ( 101 ) instead of giving us standard deluxe room which was booked and paid. Very rude and nonsense behaviour of the person at the reception. One should be very very careful before booking in this Hotel even though it has well presence in TN and happens to be a good chain. Stake Holder should remove the said person from manning reception and cheating customers for sake of some thousand rupees at the cost of hotel reputation.

No questions about location. Vivekananda Rock, Railway station and most tourist destinations are in walking distance. Included breakfast is very nice. No adverse found. Very good to stay.

We stayed here for a night as a pit stop on our journey from Kerala to Chennai. The location was great--very close to the beach and main attractions. The room and bathroom were decent, with essential amenities like hot water and air conditioning. It's a good option for families traveling to Kanyakumari, offering a comfortable and convenient stay.

Nice property, walking distance to all the places. Very friendly staff and management... Our stay was a very good experience. Nice and clean rooms.

Overall stay was good since it was in peak season. They made us checkout forcefully. Couldn't hold the room for extended hours. Breakfast was average.

The ambience was warm and inviting, and the service was prompt and courteous. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended!
