Hotel Sunrise

Cleanliness of the room was bad and found stain on the bedsheet. The air conditioning was not switched on and the reason was not included in the room booking. Have to top up another 5040 to provide air-conditioning for the room and the hotel staff was very rude.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was quite disappointed with my experience. Despite booking in advance and requesting the room to be ready before 8:30 AM, the hotel failed to prepare it on time. We were asked to use a different room just for refreshing. Additionally, the cleaning staff seemed insufficient, as room cleaning only started after 10:30 AM. This reflects a clear lack of attention and negligence by the in-charge. For the price, I expected better service and preparation, and I believe there are better options available at a lower cost.

Rooms are ok, service is worst here, staff is here only for grabbing money of visitors.wirst experience ever.

We had enjoyed the great view From the 3rd floor balcony, it's a Best place to stay nearer to the beach

Hotel Sunrise in Kanyakumari is in a very perfect location to view the Vivekananda Mandapam and Valluvar statue from the balcony and terrace. Manager Mani is very helpful in providing suggestions about nearby tourist places to visit and places to eat. Highly recommended for budget travellers visiting Kanyakumari.

Not even 1 star is worth for this hotel rooms are smelly ,lizard in room and if we complain then they are saying its not there problem . Didn't give blanket for non ac room according to them blnkets are for ac room only. Bathroom are worst. Spitted on walls. Ants on bed. My head is paining now

Seems the hotel is running a scam as it is not accepting anything other than Aadhar Card for proof. They did not allow checkin with driving licence or voter id.
