I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel -- honestly, I feel it doesn't even deserve any stars. While the rooms and location were good, the pricing was outrageously high for just a one-day stay. The food was poor in quality, overpriced, and absolutely not worth the cost -- far better and cleaner options are available nearby for half the price. Although most of the staff were polite and helpful, the reception desk staff were shockingly rude and unwelcoming. I traveled with my family, including my elderly grandfather, and while the general staff showed kindness, the behavior at checkout was completely unacceptable. We were promised a one-hour extension for checkout, but at the original checkout time, the hotel staff deliberately cut off the electricity in our room -- during peak summer heat -- while we were still inside with an elderly person. This was not only highly unprofessional but downright disrespectful, especially considering the premium rates we were charged. I am extremely angry and disappointed with how the reception staff treated my grandfather, and I am writing this as respectfully as I can. To add to the disappointment, the rooms had no Wi-Fi, which is completely unacceptable for the price point. Also, the prices advertised on the website are misleading -- do not fall for them. Trust me, you will find much better hotels with good facilities, respectful treatment, and far better value for money. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. I will never return

Cockroaches in room, flush is not working room's they take the payment upfront, please don't waste you're money on this hotel. The location is great, has a beautiful view. It's 1:40 in the night and we are changing rooms at this time of night this is our 3rd room that we have changed in last 1 hour worst washroom are not clean. Its like ( naam bade & darshan chote ) bahar se kuch aur and andar se kuch aur.

it was the great experience but the service was bad due to the fact they do not even acknowledge if you have even ordered. Even versus when my children went to ask if we could check out at 1 PM they told yes. But at 12: 05 pm they just rang the bell and then did not even care to ask if we are checking out they just turned out the power and left us in the dark until we had to check out.

Reception people are not well trained and they don't know how to behave to a customer. At the time of Check-in they ask me to give contact number of a family member, and i provided my father's number, then he told me that " Thhis is for informing your family if you died here " This is how the hotel people are making first impression to a tourist. Second thing is restaurant is very over priced. I brought a pepsi from there and the MRP was 42 and they ask me 60, main thing is there is no bill for that

How can I start , we thought of giving just a star and leave it at that but then we thought that it would be a disservice to all the travellers who plan to travel to Kanyakumari. Pros:- 1. Location is very good 2. Bell boys were very helpful 3. Security guard welcomes u with a smile 4. Entry to the hotel is quite good Cons:- 1. Sticky floors you cannot remove the footwear in your own room. 2. No towels in the room when asked the receptionist (Govindraj) will say they don't give towels. 3. Food is unnecessarily expensive and tasteless, our meal plan was including breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was okay, but the dinner was horrendous. 4. Room service was non-existent. 5. Washroom was stinking of sewage. 6. Too many mosquitos in the room. I can understand a few as it's near the sea but not to this extent, it only happens when there's no pest control done properly. 7. Lizards in the room 8. Cockroaches roam freely like they own the place. 9. No proper parking or intimation that they don't have the same, will scold u that we didn't called them before hand for them to arrange. 10. Hot water only in the morning for 3 hrs of u want to take a hot shower after a long journey, u r in for a surprise. 11. One of our room (302) doesn't have a showerhead too. 12. Tiny dining space for such a big hotel. 13. Doesn't justify the cost they charge per room of 4400/- Finally I would suggest it's better to stay in a lodge than staying in such a horror film of a hotel. You can find fat better nearby for lesser price. Don't spoil your holiday by visiting this scam of a hotel.

The best place to stay at kanya kumari which gives you the best view from its seafacing balcony rooms. The place is maintained very nicely and is at the right location with everything within a few minutes walk. Service is the best among all hotels I have stayed in at Kanyakumari.

Deducting 1 star for room service, otherwise sea view rooms are too amazing. Getting parking is bit challenge during peak hours. Hotel terrace has great view of sun set.

Terrible state of rooms Legendary arrogance of staff at every level Dirty bathrooms Dirty linens We asked for the dirty bathrooms to be cleaned, they did a cursory scrubbing and kept yapping about how its just "unremovable stains" and not the lack of proper of cleaning. The man who cleaning the bathroom scrubbed the dirty toilet & tap with the same cleaning scrub. I don't even want to touch the food they are serving after seeing how they keep their rooms.
