Hotel Sun Rock

This restaurant is not worth the cost; it's just an okay place to stay. However, the hotel needs significant improvement, as they do not prioritize customer satisfaction. Our major concern was that they did not allow early check-in, which was quite inconvenient. If you're planning to arrive before 12 PM, this hotel may not be a good choice for you. That said, there are better hotels nearby for a slightly higher price.

Bathroom was unclean, like there are sediments everywhere due to hardwater I think. Otherwise for 1300rs room it was good. I booked AC room, it's very near to kanyakumari temple, and boat ferry to Vivekananda Rock.. only walkable distance.. while booking check bathrooms before booking.. otherwise it's very good

Only good thing about the hotel is the location. Literally everything you need to see in Kanyakumari is within the range of 1-2kms. Rest everything else sucks. I have never given such a bad review for any hotel or used such words. But I am highly disappointed with the stay. I travelled with my parents and booked a 3 bed ac room for 2 days. The AC remote was not working. No towels or toiletries were provided. No electric kettles. No water bottles. Only 2 soaps and 1 glass for 3 people. Even after requesting the helper, he didn't give us glasses. When we checked in, the hotel manager was not there. The helper was rude. I have seen him talking to other guests rudely too. This is not done. We pay for the hotel for good experience and not for some rude staff talking to us like he is doing us some favour. Two days and not even for once they asked us if we needed something. Forget that, he didn't even provide was with the water glasses we requested for. I should have paid some more money and booked another hotel rather than staying here. If there was the option to give negative stars, i would have done that. Not recommended. 0/10 All the best! I don't know how people are actually writing positive reviews.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! Everything about it was perfect, with no complaints whatsoever. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. A special mention to the manager, Senthil, who was incredibly humble and friendly with tourists. His warm demeanor made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Room looks like a old store room and very dark. No parking space for cars, people going on cars during festive season should park your car far from hotel on your own risk. Not recommendable.

Perfect and budget friendly hotel to stay with family.also near temple by walking distance .Very peaceful and quiet place. Apart from that the reception behaviour was very polite and friendly. He provided the necessary facilities.Stay like this consider customer satisfaction.You are doing good job

Poor staff no staff tea tasted very bad . Location nearby rock memorial . Service pathetic no man for room service adequate . Had to ask for towel for so many times . Washroom not upto mark . Manager had fight with someone when we went . Overall budget stay do not look at exterior interior old only yes balcony was good but not view just balcony

Hotel Sun Rock exceeded our expectations! The room was well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Kanyakumari. We'll definitely stay here again!
