Manager very rude.. The name star world gives great feel but inside '..........' Toilets jetter are not in good condition.. While booking hotels they will talk very polish like treating luxury customer once the payment done.. you need follow for all. Before booking i have showed the reviews customer says toilet are not good so give me god room with good toilet condition they told all are in good condition now..but mid night 11.30 pm again toilet issue..I have shifted to another room... No courtesy or respect to customers... It's not free service - we are paid for your service..

Rooms are very neat and clean well maintained. The highlight is it's balcony view. Enough parking facilities. But I felt some discomfort with toilet facility here. No dental kits, wash basin position is not proper, low light in toilet, no hot water except morning time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the stay unpleasant. On top of that, they tried to charge extra money for services that were supposed to be included in the booking.I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. In the same price you will get better hotels.

Clean room and Good service and polite staff. Hotel is at prime location. Temple is at walking distance. Sea view front. Go for it.

Room was clean but we had to remind three times to give us the A/C remote though we had opted and paid an advance for an A/C room. There was no hot water in the bathroom though the water supply was uninterrupted. We did not get the complementary coffee in the morning. We were asked to settle our bill early in the morning though we had told that we were checking out by 2:00 pm.

The hotel offers poorly maintained rooms, inadequate service, and untrained staff. Due to a shortage of staff, guests should not expect high-quality service.

Disappointing Stay worst experience at Hotel STAAR World, Kanyakumari No room service, Worst hotel experience, RestRoom door locks were not locking. While Hotel STAA World boasts a prime and scenic location, with good parking facilities, our recent stay was marred by several issues. We booked a Suite Room for 13,000/day (December 26-28), but the experience fell short of expectations: - Clogged restroom outlets led to water stagnation (photos attached). - Room service was unavailable after noon. When we requested cleaning at 7 pm, we were surprisingly handed a broomstick to clean the Suite room ourselves. - Hot water was only available from 6:00 to 8:30 am, which seems unrealistic for vacationers seeking relaxation. These issues detracted from our overall experience, making it difficult to recommend Hotel STAAR World, despite its desirable location.

Nothing is good about the hotel except the location which is near by beach and jetty. Now comes the worst part 1) No hot water available after morning time so you can not bath after coming from beach. 2) mosquitos in the room and no mosquito liquid and machine availed even after asking to manager. 3) No room service at all 4) No mineral water bottle 5) Rude manager sorry very very rude manager and when asked to start ac at reception area while waiting for car he denied and said You GUJARATI People ask for too many things. He shouldn't have generalized this for particular community. I felt very bad.
