A wonderful experience! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly ( Manager Kumar ) and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, and we appreciated the hotel's convenient location and excellent amenities

The hotel and their service is good and then the rooms are neat and clean and it's near by phagavathi Amman temple.that was so pleasant.u can see the mesmerizing suriseview from the hotel terrace .the rooms are budget friendly to tourist and travel freakers.and then the special thanks to manager azhagukumar

I had a wonderful stay at sri maniya and I want to especially thank alagu kumar for his exceptional service. From moment I arrived, he was attentive and welcoming making sure all my needs were met. The hotel stay truly made my stay memorable.

Postive - Rooms are clean and neat for budget friendly travellers. Its very very close to bhagavathy amman temple and sunrise point. Even you can see the sun rise from this hotel terrace. Negative - Room service need to improve better.

ONE OF THE POOREST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER FACED!!! We booked the hotel room prior 3 days, when we tried to checkin, they said in a rude way that rooms are not available and they said the rooms the name is not in booking, post checking the booking chart, they found that the booking is there. They will treat you with no respect as we are staying for free. He went out and started smoking and we were sitting inside. The receptionist was soo rude, used bad words against us and refused give us the advance payment and we were waiting outside for hours. No one from booking office picked up the call. SKIP THIS HOTEL, IF YOU WANTED TO STAY PEACEFULLY IN KANYAKUMARI. We came with peace and the treatment we got was extremely poor.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID THIS HOTEL! I thought of giving a rating lower than 1 star, but there is no such option on Google. We booked our room five days in advance, yet when we arrived for check-in, the staff rudely claimed there were no available rooms and asked us to return later. To make matters worse, one of them went back to sleep. Initially, they even denied our booking existed, only to find it later after we insisted they check their records. The staff's attitude was completely unacceptable--they treated us as if we were staying for free, showing no respect whatsoever. One of them even walked out to smoke while we were left waiting inside. The receptionist was extremely rude, used offensive language against us, and refused to refund our advance payment. We were forced to wait outside for hours, with no response from the booking office. I have paid an advance amount, I requested a refund, but I still haven't received the amount. I have traveled to multiple places across India, but I have never had such a terrible experience. There was no respect or professionalism from the staff. If you want a peaceful stay in Kanyakumari, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

Very good hotel service. I booked here for pongal holiday but due to emergency i was not able to go there. Hotel management understood my situation and refunded my whole amount. Thanks for such a kind support.
