I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shiva Residency in Kanyakumari, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Neatness and Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the property stood out immediately. The lobby, hallways, and my room were impeccably maintained, showcasing a commitment to hygiene and comfort. Housekeeping was diligent, ensuring that everything was spotless and well-organized throughout my stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms truly enhanced the overall experience. Food: The dining experience at Shiva Residency was a highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. I indulged in both local and international cuisines, all of which were delicious and freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a variety of options, from traditional South Indian dishes to continental fare. Each meal was a treat, and the quality of the food reflected the kitchen's dedication to excellence. Hospitality: The hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional. Each member was attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any requests. They created a warm atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to the managing director, Mr. Prashanth Sivakumar, for assembling such a beautiful team. His leadership is evident in the seamless service and the positive morale among the staff, making every guest feel valued. In conclusion, Shiva Residency in Kanyakumari is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. With its neat and clean environment, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality, it's clear that this establishment prioritizes guest satisfaction. Service is not at all good. No wifi, No soap, no drinking water provided, no payment receipt. Rooms are average . basic amenities also not provided . Not at all recommended

Pathetic Service Unorganised rooms, no blankets or towels No staff and unhygienic surroundings

I was here last year. Excellent place to stay. Enough parking. Staffs are nice and friendly

Such a lovely atmosphere with neat and gentle rooms, especially the man one who is incharge for this hotel is great.

I have booked a non-ac room in this hotel for 1800 INR through makemytrip. A BIG BIG MISTAKE.||As rooms were available at half the price if someone did the check-in directly!!||||Before going for pros and cons, a GOOD GESTURE from hotel staff is worth mentioning. ||After check-out, we kept our belongings in the hotel and went for sight-seeing. When we came back, we were in desperate need to freshen up as Kanyakumari's hot and humid weather had taken a toll. Hotel staff offered us one of the rooms in ground floor. That was really kind. One extra star for this :)||Pros:||1. Good location. Near to the ferry point, temple and market.||2. Good parking space.||3. 24hrs check-out||4. Rooms are decent.||Cons:||1. As part of room service, we just ordered a bottle of drinking water and it costs 40 INR. Needless to say, we didn't order anything else.||2. Hotel has got 3-4 floors but there is no lift facility. ||||Overall, if you have booked the room at original price, hotel is value for money. Else, not recommended.

A bit old one but rooms were neat.. Hot water Parking Service was a bit late... might be due to holiday season rush.. visited in last week of December. Walking distance to Kanyakumari Beach and other attractions nearby. Lot of food options available around the hotel. All the basic amenities were provided.
