Hotel Sebaa Palace

One gets a beautiful view of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial from this hotel. The Ferry point, Sunrise and Sunset points are at a walkable distance. A pure vegetarian hotel is just the next building. There are also many other restaurants very near. The room where we stayed had a nice full size glass window for good viewing. The staff is very cordial and provides you food and beverages as room service.

Had booked AC family rooms Rooms were in bad condition. Poor hygiene quality. They allowed us to check in. But didn't clean the room properly. Didn't even had proper bedsheets as well Hair every where (in cupboards & on beds) and dusty. Toilet wasn't clean as expected. Quiet noisy outside with dog barking during the night. Really negative experience Location is good. View points are located closer by.

Room was bad condition. In hygiene. They allowed us to check in. But didn't clean the room properly. Hair every where and dust in the glasses and not given water properly. The curtain was torn..hot, n always black out. Few times .toilet wasn't so clean as expected. Quiet noisy outside with dog barking n mosquito. Very hot weather..air-conditioning didn't function properly.

Located very close to all view points. Service was very poor, i experienced frequent power fluctuations during night. The view from the room was nice but they need to work more on customer experience.

It was an excellent stay at the sebaa palace , the location is very good as it is situated right next to the market and temple road , very close to the sunrise point . It is better than most of the hotels in the area and has the best views from its sea facing rooms , I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone coming to kanyakumari. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The staff is extremely polite and very helpful . Hospitality is 10/10 and overall there was not even a small thing that I would complaint about . Definately a 10/10.

Nice to stay iam stay in room no 102& 103 very nice but 1st floor Manager Mr lingam recmanted the room nos best selaction very coprative Mr. Lingam sir thank you so much sir all views are walkaple distence.. Good service

We booked last minute and luckily rooms were available. Rooms were pretty decent. We also had a room with sea view. The only concern was there was a thunderstorm and the room with sea view had locked windows that were not locked properly and the room floor was flooded. However, the service was good, they had the room cleaned immediately and offered another room as an option. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Although rooms are nice, however bathrooms are dirty which continuously makes you feel uncomfortable and a lot of odour comes from them. They don't provide 2 water bottles free of cost.
