Hotel Rehoboth Grand

Good decent stay for a minimum budget and helping mind person at the front desk. the beach is in walkable distance, budget friendly hotels nearby. The heater was in working condition, tv ok. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Bad Behavior of hotel staffs. The staffs misbehaves with women and talks very rudey. They can't even understand other than Tamil language and doesn't treats well specially with Hindi talking people. Power cut happens for 6-8 hours and cuts water supply. No water or any facility provided by the hotel.

This is the worst place I have seen in my entire life and it will be the worst hotel for my entire life, firstly no proper facilities and demanding extra charges for unused rooms. Staff did not treat us properly, there was no humanity shown towards us. We had booked 2 rooms online. There was no power and water , we complained that water is not there, there were asking extra charges for water and there was no electricity and backup for many hours. We as customer need basic need , if we ask for it they are not replying properly. They were like "If you want to stay u can or else get out". Please requesting everyone not to go to this Hotel

Room number 5's bed had bed bugs that to huge, the manager Charles refused to visit room to just check even when we told told once check with his own eyes, on top he said to us and I quote "you are the first customer to say this, no one else had problem", Charles and the other morning manger has some issue in understanding simple issue, the next day they tell us to come and visit the room which had bed bugs which we did not visit again cuz it was already cleaned by them (obviously), only if Charles had came to the room when we informed to check and first this would not have occurred, these guys have arrogance for no reason. They need to also improve their communication in English as people come from all around India. Furthermore if u book the room for suppose 10 day even then will get 1 soap and no more, similarly if room is booked for 3 people and u have paid for it even then u get only one towel, when we requested for towel and room was booked for 3 people the guy said "That is not possible sir" Respected Dr. Dhilip Samji, please look into this matter, other than this all is good

Good stay and helping mind management, the beach is walkable distance, budget friendly hotels, heater is working condition, tv ok. Wifi is possible. We enjoyed our stay.

Good stay, better sleep for us. Heater is working conditions Tv is good Walkable distance to Beach. Railway station is near.

Worst and pathetic! No hot water and no basic facilities. that front receptionist guy is worst and attitude. Not good for family. Genuinely don't book this hotel

They welcome heartly, give the room properly, room is very nice, They give kittle for hot water. Room have heater and good condition. Beach is very near.
