Hotel Raja Palace

The room and building is an old maintained one. The room interior is old style. You can smell old dust and room. But for me, i have no problem at all this price range. We 3 people stay at 800 Rs. It's value to stay here. Bathrooms are not very neat. Dust smell in the bathroom. Location is best. Walkable distance all around the main places.

The hotel is located only at a distance of 800 mtr from kanniyakumari railway station. The sunset view point is at a distance of 500mtr from the hotel. Behaviour of the staffs were really very good. All rooms are non AC room. The rooms looks old but everything was well maintained. The hotel has two floors, the ground and the 1st floor. Parking space is also available there. They will provide you with water whenever u ask. Budget friendly and good hotel.

Great value for the price. The room was spacious and clean, with all the essentials. The hotel's location made it easy to get around. Only suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi connection.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kanyakumari. The staff was extremely polite, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The pricing was quite affordable, making it a great value for money. Plus, its prime location near Kanyakumari Beach made sightseeing super convenient.

I would like to thank manager Rajan. Right from the day I called to book til I came back home safely to Mumbai Rajan was always helpful and kind and made the travel really easy. He helped me with planning the trip so I can convert all that I wanted to in just one day. I was travelling to Southern India for the first time and solo so was worried about the safety and all.but Rajan always assured the safety and encouraged to travel with any doubts. I had bad experience with other hotels ,as I was reaching early morning by 5 am , and other hotels wanted to make me pay all of it before I reach there, but Rajan never asked me to pay ahead of the time he only asked to pay partial for the advance payment and always assure that I wil have good memories of the trip .and he was right about it..Rajan also introduced me to his sister with whom was lucky to get the special treatment for the Vivekananda rock boat , so thanks, I don't think so I would have Waited in the line for 3-4 hours to get to the rock..He helped to get the only 200 rs half day sightseeing of Kanyakumari and since hotel is walking distance to all attractions I was Able to cover rest all of them. Rooms are okay.cleanliness is oka.bathroom was clean. While i was there. I was only there to shower n change as I had to complete the sightseeing in only one day n head to rameshwaram It's close to railway station..u can walk , rickshaw take 80 rupees or 100 , eating places are walking distance. I stayed here with my parents we had a bad experience here. The room was dirty, with coffee stains on the floor, dirty bathroom, dusty chairs and cobwebs on the wall. The room boys were begging for tips and hardly got any job done. The receptionist was rude. Not at all recommended especially for a family getaway or vacation.

This is a good hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and definitely worth the price. Recommended, if you are looking for a budget friendly stay at Kanyakumari.

Hotel Raja Palace is a fantastic choice in Kanyakumari! The rooms are spotless, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location is perfect. It's an easy walk to all the major sights, including the sunrise/sunset points, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, and the must-visit Kanyakumari Devi Temple. Highly recommended!
