Worst kind of rooms you could imagine with paid reviews to mislead.. book at your own risk. Coupe of examples: stained bedsheets, rotten windows, smelly rooms etc. We decided not to stay here even though refund was not being processed.

Very bad experience which i got from this hotel. Amount we paid fully and no proper Ac, washbasins are not good and water faculty also not there. They need money only. We informed this issues but they didnt took any remedies. Worthless

Staff was very supportive and helpful in all the times Maintainance was very good and neat Visit all and reasonable price

New management is on now there. They're working hard to keep the area neat and clean.. Calm and peaceful place to take rest and sleep. A/C rooms on amazing prices. Well done new staff. Will come soon again.

Approx 1.2 km from Kanyakumari railway station. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was also good. But we spend most of the time visiting places which makes our stay enjoyable. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the sea shore downtown. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to the hotel early but first you spoke with them. The sevice was well. Would definitely send a friend there. But they ask sometime for extra money for giving 1 room for four people or AC service @500. So it's up to you to make a decision. Overall a nice stay and good staff behaviour.

Cheaters ...Worst place,, they cancelled my fully paid booking 2days before checkin without any guidance or support. Extremely rude behaviour of the person talking on phone, very disappointing, and oyo support will also not helping anything

Very worst hotel in Chennai. Total waste of money they are cheating us. The rooms are not worth for the money. Don't book room in Oyo flagship hotel. One of the most fake hotel.

Extremely poor service......I booked 2 double bed rooms, called in before I reached to confirm the booking and they said room is available. But when we reached the staff was like no rooms are available. Tried to convince us to settle in one room. Staff were not polite and asked us to complaint to OYO. So far worst experience with OYO booking. Bed was clean but the room walls and toilets were not really clean. Would suggest not to book this place.
