Positive: The rooms are clean. Excellent service throughout the stay. Great location with a beautiful sea view. Delicious food with outstanding restaurant service. Reliable room service, always available. Negative: Some staff create unnecessary drama by helping you to receive tips during check-in and check-out. Security personnel attempt to demand tips forcefully, even without assisting properly, such as helping with parking. Management should focus on improving employee behavior and professionalism.

Hotel is awesome. Very good hospitality. We had changed plan couple of times and still hotel accomodated without any friction. The best clean hotel in the area. We had very good view of Vivekananda parai and glass bride from balcony. Hotel manager Nelson is very friendly and guided us for good near places

Perfect location. Market, main road and sea is at 5 minutes of walking distance. They maintained the room beautifully. And there hospitality is out of the world. So welcoming and helpful behaviour. Thank you hotel Maadhini for making our tour beautiful.

This hotel has best front sea facing rooms. I liked the hotel. Food cost is a little bit high and quantity is less, but taste wise its verygood. Already 3 times I visited Kanyakumari, out of those, 2 times I have booked this hotel for the sea facing rooms.

Arrived there at 5.30 am though the check in time was 12.00 pm. Read a lot of negative reviews & was expecting a trouble here. However, the reception staff was kind enough to provide an early check in against our booking. The view room as we booked was excellent. You can see the sunrise & Vivekananda Rock right from the balcony. Amenities were adequate. Food in the restaurant in very good. But, if they have a group booking, then you have to find someplace else. Service is OK but during check out the staffs keep hankering for tips. Another thing, during check out they prefer cash. So if you want to use card or UPI, get ready to pay more. Also, during check out, they inspect your room first, a practice abandoned by most of the hotels.

Very good view with a reasonable price..the rooms look neat and clean and the amenities provided by them are good. Service is okayish. They have one restaurant which serves decent food. We spent two days here

Stayed in this hotel in 1990s. Visited this hotel again recently. Location is good. Best hotel to see sunrise directly from rooms balcony.Rooms are good. Many eating options available around.

V took room on 5th may of this month..v took 2 rooms for 4 adult and 1kid of 6yrs...the person who was in reception on the day of 6th may morning was very much rude and arrogance towards his guest (me)..the thing I asked with him was for extra towel...he was like very much rude and arrogance..he doesn't even know how to handle a guest and the respect towards his guest....my oly concern is when u have a such a property in the prime location u need to attract customer and shd have a good rap towards the hotel and property..I am writing this cos the proprietor won't be available in the property he should know whats happening in his property.....AND MORE OVER I SAID HIM VL GIVE HIM A BAD REVIEWS ON NET...HE WAS LIKE LEAST BOTHERED...as owner vl loose business staff need not to loose form his hands..
