Hotel Lakshmi

I stayed here for 1 night with 2 friends. We got a double room and an extra matress on the floor for 525 rupees, which was great value. We hadn't made reservations and yet they still managed to show us a number of rooms, all with great views of the temple and memorial out in the sea. ||The room was small but clean and it had a balcony. There was a squat toilet and no hot water, but to be honest, you didn;t need it. We didn't get an a/c room as the temperature on the coast isn't too hot and this was one of the few places where we didn't find any mosquitos so it's safe to have your windows open at night.

The room was big and very clean. We had a stunning sea view. All the personal was absolutely lovely. Prices were very affordable and you can breakfast and dine in the restaurant of sea view hotel with a very good staff.

Staying for one night. Avoiding unnecessary expenses. Calm atmosphere. Good view of Sunrise.||Service is average. They will wake you for sunrise. Room service is expensive. But there are good restaurants down the street. ||Overall, good for low budget tours.

We only stayed here for one night. Service was not that good as nobody seemed to speak English when we arrived. Plus, they gave us their worst room (at least we think), probably because we were two young backpackers. There was no western toilet and no hot water. ||A good thing was the roof with a great view of the old fisher town and the two big islands off the coast. Location is very good.||||In the end: not good but very cheap.

Good hotel in cheap price, Staff is very cooperative||I stayed here for 1 night with 2 friends from 31 July - 01 Aug 2014. We got a one Double room on the 02nd floor for 800 rupees, which was great value. We hadn't made reservations and yet they still managed to show us a number of rooms, all with great views of the temple and memorial out in the sea.

we stayed there for a night. was a handy destination i must say purely from a proximity point of view. for a one night stay i dont have much to complaint. the hotel does not have a restaurant and hence forget delivery of even hot coffee/tea at room. they do get it served from a nearby hotel , but awfully cold and exorbitant prices.||Rooms were pretty okay.

We taken 3 rooms 306, 309 & 311. Rooms are good, toilets are neat n clean. Rates are moderate, sea facing balconies are there. They provide the hot water through bucket.

The hotel location is good with the sea view from Window. Kids enjoyed a lot as we did. Rooms were clean and on request, food services were available at reasonable rate.
