Hotel Bharani

I am disappointed and discouraged to stay in this hotel. I don't want to leave a bad review, but this is important for the hotel management and the guests to know. We stayed on 25th - 26th January. The hotel check-in staff was really very good to talk with and a nice person. The whole night, we could not sleep properly because of the window glass pane was continuously making heavy rattling noise. Though I understand that the rattling was because of the heavy winds Blowing and hitting the pane, but at any time, in my whole experience of TRAVEL (and I have travelled a lot throughout the world) I haven't seen a hotel where I would have such inconvenient and probably horrible experience. It's the loose glass pane window which has been neglected to be fixed by the hotel. To the Management: please fix the window glass pane. Location wise, the hotel was good. But comfort wise, I am disappointed.

Rooms are too good.... We reached kaniyakumari at 7-8pm in the night didn't even book the room. We had visited here directly and took room.... Especially that thatha who is the reception took care very well.... Kind gesture with smiling face....... If I come here again definitely I will visit here..._

The hotel rooms were very neat and clean and spacious also. The behaviour of all the staffs and the receptionist were so humble and kind. Tourist places near by the hotel.

Good ambience. Easy to reach all places. Suggestions: 1.To keep dustbin in bathroom 2.Night lamp to be fixed in hall 3.Film to be placed on the roadside window glass to minimize outside noise. Thank you.

Not worth the price we paid through Booking.com. If you book at the hotel reception, the price will be much less. On one side of the hotel is the main road and behind it you will see rooftops of local houses. There are other hotels in Kanyakumari offering better ambiance, sea view etc at the price this hotel is charging. No professional or welcoming approach from the hotel staff. Demanding of tips was another bad experience. Our stay in the hotel was from 12.30 pm to 05.00 am the next day.

Superb hotel neet and clean room and staff The behaviour of all the staffs and the receptionist Sivan were so humble and kind.

Rooms are sooo small. There was old man in the front desk he is soo arrogant & rude. Doesn't show respect towards guests. I have reserved king bed for 2people there was only one towel for 2people When I asked for another towel he said another towel only if 2 beds. What ever you ask he will say NO. What ever things you see there, they are for showcase. They don't work. I have stayed in 100's hotel rooms nationwide and international never seen such kind of service. Seen some kind of bacteria in the water. One of the worst service ever. Deserve 0 star
