Good location resort close to the beach and Vivekananda memorial rock! Catch the amazing sunset at the sunset point. Overall, we had an issue at breakfast where we weren't getting served or what we ordered and thanks to the manager and team for resolving this issue. The place is not all that bad. But the pictures online is not exactly what the view looks like. They need to take new ones. Also I lost around 10,000 rupees from my bag at the hotel. I haven't even contacted management about that as yet. Be careful of your possessions while staying there.

Had an amazing and wonderful experience at Annai Resort! The location is perfect, the service is extremely humble and genuine, and every little detail is taken care of with great hospitality. Everything was superb -- from the ambiance to the staff support (specially Mr. zenith & Mr. Joel). Truly a peaceful and refreshing stay. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to everyone!

The Hotel is situated in a beautiful place. The Resort looks amazing from the outside and the reception looks fabulous. The food is excellent. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Once we checked in, there was no information about timing for breakfast, dinner or WiFi code. We were just handed the keys. There's no information in advance. We found out that we have to give 15 minutes notice to get hot water in the afternoon when we asked why the water was cold. The towels were stained. They were not white, more off white, very worn, and did not look or smell fresh. We found out just by chance and too late, that there is a buggy if we needed it to go uphill. The top management should invest in training staff in customer service.

The deluxe rooms were OK. AC never really got that cold, and water never really got that hot. Best thing about the room was the water pressure. Food was also not great at dinner. Tried multiple dishes and none were satisfying. The real pain point of this hotel was the service though. Staff was not friendly and most of the time I felt like we were in their way or being ignored. Positives were the location of the hotel. Perhaps that's why everything else was lackluster.

This resort has been the highlight of our trip so far! The location is absolutely stunning, providing a perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty. The outdoor spaces and surrounding environment are nothing short of breathtaking, offering a serene and inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Every detail of the resort, from the dining to the setting, reflects a commitment to excellence, making it a destination we'll remember fondly. We were helped in the morning for breakfast by Selvan.

Amazing stay with prime location to see the sunrise and overlook of the ocean. The rooms were so clean and luxurious. The restaurant was amazing and had a great variety of food, decently priced. The only complaints I have are that the cart drivers weren't readily available when we needed them. Other hotels that make us walk quite a bit to our rooms have those carts on demand ready at all locations at any moment. secondly I had used the spa and I don't recommend it at all. The space doesn't match the rest of the luxurious resort, the spa looks so run down and dingy, the beds are dirty, it was not relaxing. the clothes she made me change into was a man's jogger and a gym tshirt... absolutely gross.

The location is great, booked the presidential suit for 3 nights, had a great stay.Amenities are great but has lot of scope for improvement. 1. The lighting in the evening is in adequate to locate any abnormalities. 2.The bar needs to be improved in look and feel and ambience, current bar is like any roadside bar at Bangalore. 3.The moment you come to the balcony you encounter a bunch of taxis and the drivers, not a great comfort for folks who want some calm and private moments
