Excellent room best service kindly staffs

This place is placed centrally to both Kanchi Kamakshi Temple and Perumal Temple. This is its only USP and may be cost to an extent. There were cockroaches in the rooms, and their response was so casual to our discomfort that they expected us to believe cockroaches will be gone once they broom/mop the floor. I couldn't sleep whole night as we kept the lights on to keep away the cockroaches. In spite of all this the attender asks for tip during room check-out, as if it was pleasant stay and they provided great service. They have no Landlines in rooms. With little bit of proactiveness in keeping the place neat and hygienic will go long way in customer satisfaction and for their business as a whole. Also the staff need to understand and speak atleast English and Hindi, so that they can communicate effectively with tourists.

Pros Hotel available in quiet area. Safe for going with family. Wi fi also available in rooms. All the major temples are nearby within 3 km area. Cons- Rooms are available on the third floor- No Lift Staff is not professional at all. They didn't understand English and Hindi. No good Services for regular customer. They don't recognise you even if you are going regularly. No phone available in rooms. They ask for tips without any room service during check out. No Credit Card/ debit Machine. Location wise- 2km away from bus stand.Mostly you need to special auto/ car service. Sharing transport is very less available.

The budget-friendly lodge offers a comfortable stay with basic amenities. the cleanliness and friendly staff contribute to a pleasant experience. Also Free wifi .The location is convenient, making it a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a decent place to rest.

Hotel is placed right in the commercial hub of kanchipuram. Rooms are neat and spacious. Staff are courteous.Location is nearby to all temples.Services are good with Ac, 24/7 hot water and wifi
