The Kanchiresidency Kanchipuram

Rooms are small but this is the case for all hotels in Kanchipuram as it is a major pilgrim centre. You will not find a better hotel than this in the central area (most hotels don't even have parking). This is one of the few hotels that has parking in its compound. - - Parking is available inside the compound (around 3-4 cars capacity + bikes) - No inhouse restaurant. But many tiffin centres are nearby and there is a KFC on the same road. - Well-located. It's on the busy main road and near the Kamakshi Amman temple. There's a lot of traffic on the road in the evenings and during festivals. Opposite the hotel (you just have to cross the road) is Gandhi Road, where all major shopping outlets for sarees and other stuff are located. So everything is walkable distance. - Small but clean rooms. The sheets were clean but the quilt looked old and was stained. - Bathroom was small and became slippery after shower. This is a little unsafe for senior citizens. - Courteous and responsive staff.

Bathroom excellent clean, 24 hours hot water. You need to open to flow out cold water then only you get hot water. Beds & bedsheet are clean. Parking bit conjusted as small way. Room size is 15x15. Centralized AC.

Room didn't compliment the price and the room was full of mosquitoes. We had to vacate immediately.

Hi, Hotel rooms are clean and neat. I really like very much. Stuff is also so coperative. They have parking facility as well. Hotel is less than 1km from the main temple. Thank you!!!

Rooms are very clean. Top class furnishing. An excellent hotel to stay. There is no restaurant, but they provide coffee and tea on request. Rooms including furniture looks brand new and is very comfortable to stay. Bed is also of top standard. Even though the hotel is not of luxury category, room is completely of luxury category. Covered car parking is available.

The hotel is on one of the main roads. The room is clean and comfortable - but is small, restricting movement. Parking space is available - Valet parking. We need to deposit the car key at the reception - which I am a bit uncomfortable with. There is no attached restaurant. However, their staff gets us the food from our side, if required.

Hotel is in the centre of main temples, walls are fully covered with tiles, nice maintenance, toilets are well maintained, I felt wooden bed is little old, except that everything is fine, parking is there, kanchi sarees store is store infront but no restaurent.
